Cozy apartment, great location, and a helpful host

We had a really nice stay in Parma! The host was very helpful, providing clear instructions before check-in and useful written information inside the property. They also helped us find a good parking spot and explained the local parking rules, which made everything much easier. The apartment itself is cozy and comfortable - a bit small, but perfect if you’re traveling and spending most of your time exploring the city. It has everything you need: a comfortable bed, hot water, and a small kitchen to make coffee or a quick meal. It also has a small balcony with a great view, which was a nice touch. The location was great, just a few minutes walk from the city center. Overall, a great experience - we’d definitely recommend it!

Super Lage, moderne Einrichtung, sauber und sehr ruhig in der Nacht

Tolle Ausstattung, super Lage (10 Minuten zu Fuß ins Zentrum), sehr ruhig in der Nacht. Das Apartment ist in einem Wohnhaus und man fühlt sich wie in einer Wohnung, und nicht in nur einem „Quartier“. Mir hat es sehr gefallen.

Nur ein paar Tipps: Wenn Sie mit dem Auto kommen, vorher am Stadtrand einkaufen. Gibt einen tollen Famila 5-10 Minuten südlich. Das Zimmer wird leider unter Tags recht warm, aber die Klimaanlage funktioniert super. Und beim Bett aufpassen: Der Unterteil ist etwas größer als die Liegefläche, was mein Knie (weil ich nicht aufgepasst habe) gespürt hat - aber nichts gröberes passiert. Das Parkhaus in der Nähe ist nicht das beste, aber zweckdienlich.

LA POSIZIONE OTTIMA A DUE PASSI DAL CENTRO E CON TUTTI I CONFORT. C'ERA IL CLIMATIZZATORE CHE CI HA PERMESSO DI NON AVERE CALDO IL GIORNO DEL NOSTRO ARRIVO. LA CITTA' ERA CALDISSIMA MA DENTRO IL MONOLOCALE SI STAVA BENISSIMO.

buona la posizione ad un passo dal centro e da tutte le attrazioni turistiche, pulito e abbastanza confortevole, c'è quel che serve e, anche se è un monolocale, non è troppo piccolo per due persone. È di fianco al posteggio Goito dove si trova facilmente posto, la zona dopo le 19,30 è riservata al parcheggio dei residenti.

purtroppo non lo avevo letto ma è al terzo piano senza ascensore e con i bagagli diventa un pò impegnativo. Non abbiamo mai visto l'host.
