Very cost-effective, great satisfaction.

Very worth staying, right in the city centre, very close to the bus stop and only 10 minutes to the Parma train station. There is a very famous restaurant downstairs, and we still could enjoy a delicious dinner when we arrived at 11pm.

The lighting in the room is not very perfect.

Rare Gem in Parma- Excellent!

The location is great, 10 minutes away from the central station,everything in the apartment is new and nice, beautiful decor, made with attention to detail, fresh sheets and towels, very clean. Communication with Federica the host was very good and smooth, easy check in. We also received some snacks and water when we arrived which was a really nice gesture. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby. I highly recommend staying here.

Posizione, facilità di accesso con codice e tessera, arredamento

Pur essendoci un barattolo di caffè, mancava la moka per farlo. Quindi, ho fatto il the con il microonde. Si sentiva un rumore di fondo proveniente da impianti di riscaldamento esterni alll’appartamento. Ho pagato 2€ di tassa di soggiorno, sebbene su booking fosse previsto solo 1€.

Tutto 😊Dalla posizione centralissima dell'appartamento,alla comodità del self ceck in,alla gentilezza e disponibilità della proprietaria .Sei nel cuore di parma,ad un rapporto prezzo molto conveniente.L appartamento si trova nella via piú bella di parma,piena zeppa di negozi ,e a pochissimi Km dalla Fiera di Parma.Raggiungibile comodamente a piedi dalla stazione.Poi la proprietaria gentilissima,ha fatto trovare dei giochini per il nostro piccolo bambolotto ,insieme alla culletta.E stato fantastico

Très bien placé. Literie confortable et salle de bain rénovée. Tout ce qu'il faut pour un appartement. Lit bébé aussi . Volet occultant partout. Plutôt calme

On ne peut laisser les bagages que devant le logement (pas idéal), pas de bagagerie possible. Un bruit de ventilation d'immeuble très très forte le 1er soir qui nous a empêché de dormir

Appartamento in posizione centrale, piccolino ma dispone di tutti i confort.

L'appartamento è all'interno della Ztl -cosa di cui ne siamo venuti a conoscenza solo il giorno stesso - ed stato necessario, quindi, acquistare dei tagliandi per l'accesso. Il parcheggio non è incluso, ma è in strada.

Samochód można zaparkować na podziemnym parkingu, który jest w pobliżu (15 euro za dobę). Oprócz zwiedzenia Parmy proponuje wyjechać ok. 25 km poza miasto by odwiedzić farmę, gdzie produkują szynkę Culatello w Polesine Zibello.

Beau studio au coeur de Parme

Le studio est impeccable et très confortable. Décoration sobre et stylée. Au coeur de Parme et à proximité de tout.

L'arrivée a été pénible. L'adresse officielle renseigne une grande avenue, un petit centre commercial dans lequel il faut pénétrer puis trouver la bonne cage d'escaliers. Arrivés devant la porte du buidding, les explications fournies par photos devenaient très claires. le couloir dans lequel se trouve les sonnettes et la porte d'accès aux étages communique avec une autre entrée sur le quai. Il aurait été plus simple de nous renseigner directement cet accès qui est vraiment très facile.

L'emplacement est idéal, la climatisation était la bienvenue. La literie très confortable. Des petites attentions à notre arrivée. Une communication simple et efficace. Je recommande cette location !

Hübsches Studio mit bequemem Bett und kleiner Küche. Super Lage um zu Fuss Parma zu erkunden. Zimmer ist ruhig in den Innenhof gerichtet. Sehr gute Preis-Leistung. Parking ist in ca 7 Gehminuten vorhanden (15€ für 24 Stunden).

Halten in Nähe der Unterkunft fast unmöglich. Um Gepäck abzuladen,muss man sehr flink sein,aber irgendwie geht es dann doch.

Die Lage direkt in der Innenstadt von Parma ist unschlagbar. Gute Restaurants und Supermarkt in 2 Minuten zu erreichen. Einrichtung ist in einem guten Zustand und man findet alles was man brauchen kann, sogar Spielzeug für die Kleinen. Sehr ruhige Wohnung.

Das Treppenhaus ist nicht wirklich schön. Davon merkt man aber nur wenig.

Check facile e buona posizione

La camera è molto grande e comprende una cucina discretamente attrezzata. Bene la presenza di cracker e tisane da farsi così come dello zucchero. Letto abbastanza comodo e adatto anche per due persone, bagno benvenuto e abbastanza nuovo. Segnalo la facilità di ceck.

Purtroppo la posizione su Google Maps non è presente e quindi ho dovuto chiedere informazioni all'host, cui consiglio di muoversi in anticipo con futuri ospiti anche per indicazioni relative alla ZTL e ai parcheggi. È tutto fattibile ma se non si conosce la zona è importante dare informazioni preventive.

Boa localização, instruções claras para chegar e entrar no estúdio, anfitriã atenciosa, estúdio confortável e bem equipado, com bom aquecimento.

Tivemos um problema com a internet, que apresentou instabilidade e lentidão. Esse é um ponto de atenção para quem, como eu, é nômade digital e depende de uma boa conexão para trabalhar. Foi sugerida a mudança para outra rede disponível no estúdio, o que solucionou o problema, mas essa sugestão foi dada só no dia seguinte ao do problema.
