Praticamente tutto: posizione perfetta, struttura pulita, accogliente, arredata con gusto. Attenzione, in ogni dettaglio, per le esigenze dell'ospite.

Ótima escolha

A localização, conforto, limpeza, atenção aos detalhes, sensação de segurança. Simpatia da Claudia, gentileza em deixar itens necessários para um primeiro café da manhã. Mini cozinha completa com temperos, banheiro com produtos e cartões de descontos em algumas lojas. Camas confortáveis, toalhas e roupas de cama de boa qualidade.

Uma má solução no banheiro coloca o vaso, bidê e ducha num nível mais baixo. Existe uma cortina de plástico que deveria isolar a área da ducha mas, ao tomarmos banho, acabamos molhando toda a área rebaixada, então o piso do da área do vaso e bidê ficam molhados. Usei um mop para evitar escorregões. Atenção: o boiler não suporta 2 banhos quentes longos seguidos. Será preciso esperar entre um banho e outro. Nada que diminua a nota máxima.

Das Appartement hat eine super Lage um die Sehenswürdigkeiten der Stadt zu Fuß zu erreichen. Auch die Entfernung zum Bahnhof ist ok, 12 -15 Minuten zu Fuß sind locker machbar. Wirklich alles, auch das kleinste Teil ist in der Wohnung vorhanden, die Inhaberin bietet kleine Snacks, eine vollständige Küchenausstattung und auch im Badezimmer findet man viele Dinge um sich wohl zu fühlen.

Leider wurde am Wochenende durch andere Bewohner im Haus die Abend- und Nachtruhe empfindlich gestört. Der Hauseingang, an den das Zimmer direkt anschließt, besteht aus einer schweren, alten Holztüre, die bis in die Nacht von feiernden Jugendlichen dauerhaft zugeschlagen wurde, so dass man jedesmal beinahe aus dem Bett gefallen ist.

La posizione dell'alloggio è davvero favorevole per poter visitare tutto il centro storico. La proprietaria è stata davvero molto gentile e disponibile. Se dovessi ritornare a Parma , ritornerei sicuramente in questo alloggio. Appartamento piccolo , ma adatto ad una coppia con 1 figlio.

Parfait pour ce très court séjour

Claudia est une hôte parfaite! Disponible, très réactive, charmante et de très bon conseil. Le studio est tout à fait conforme aux photos, très fonctionnel, tout est pensé et décoré avec soin. Petit élément surprenant, la douche totalement ouverte (avec pommeau fixé dans le mur donc non amovible) et qui est au même niveau que les wc et le bidet… du coup si vous allez aux toilettes après la douche, le sol sera mouillé! Mais ce n’est vraiment pas grand chose tant il y a de belles attentions (petit déjeuner complet et pleins de produits de toilettes à disposition!

Superbe ! Idéal emplacement et appartement

L'appartement est grand, fonctionnel, avec tout ce qu'il faut niveau équipement et surtout, surtout un accueil par deux dames amies de l'hôte qui était super. L'appartement est idéalement placé, juste en bordure de l'hyper centre. Attention, il est en ZTL aussi il faut bien se garer au parking en bordure de ZTL.

Ça ne mérite pas qu'on baisse la note de 10 à 9 tant les points positifs sont nombreux , mais juste pour information les fenêtres sont en simple vitrage et l'environnement peut être très sonore ma nuit avec le passage des retours de soirées devant la fenêtre (RDC). Mais encore une fois, les points positifs sont si nombreux que ça reste un détail pour nous

Une très bonne adresse à Parme !

– Extrême gentillesse de Claudia, la propriétaire. – De nombreux équipements ainsi que quelques consommables pour faciliter votre séjour (sucreries, thé, café, …)

Simple vitrage des fenêtres (isolation phonique quasi inexistante) sachant que ce magnifique studio se trouve au rez-de-chaussée d’une petite rue où passent quelques voitures….
