All in all, highly recommended for a short stay and with plans of going out, it’s perfect.

The vicinity to the city was amazing. The host was very nice and the apartment had everything you needed for the short stay.

Being in the middle of the city, which is expected, it wasn’t as quite as hoped.

Modern and comfortable

Self check in and check out. Sofa bed was already ready when we arrived. Spacious toilet. New renovation, good kitchen. The view to the river is top. very comfortable. Good for 1-2 days.

Central location in Parma

Good value apartment in the centre of Parma, good size for a family of four, sufficient supplies in the kitchen (including cooking basics). Supermarket just over the road.

The apartment was central but it wasn't a particularly nice location - the surroundings were a bit dingy, and there was a lot of street noise outside the apartment (it's on a busy junction). We paid 15 euro for the overnight parking at Toschi parking, about 10 minutes walk from the apartment.

Die Unterkunft bot einen wunderschönen Blick, aber die Pflege ließ zu wünschen übrig.

Die Unterkunft befindet sich an einer malerischen Brücke mit herrlichem Ausblick. Der Check-in verlief reibungslos.

Das Sofa im Bild wurde für uns als Bett vorbereitet. Leider war das Sofabett nicht sehr bequem. Unter dem Bett lagen noch Taschentücher von den letzten Gästen, und es schien nicht gründlich gereinigt worden zu sein. Das Rollo war kaputt, und der Raum war sehr dunkel. Ich musste mir etwas einfallen lassen, um die zweite Rolle selbst hochzuziehen, damit mehr Licht hereinfiel. Das Duschkabinett im Bad war abgenutzt. Während unseres Aufenthalts sahen wir nur einmal das Reinigungspersonal, und das erst nach 12 Uhr. Was mir nicht gefiel, war die letzte Kommunikation. Aufgrund des Regens haben wir der Gastgeberin eine halbstündige Verlängerung des Check-outs angefragt. Die Besitzerin schien genervt zu sein, obwohl ihr Reinigungspersonal zu keiner Zeit so früh angewiesen war.

Comodo, accogliente, in posizione centrale x i servizi … l’appartamento molto bello, molto pulito, nuovo anche con cucina aveva tutto, non mancava davvero nulla! Lo consiglio !

Carino ma migliorabile

La posizione è centralissima e la comunicazione con la proprietaria è stata facile e veloce, procedura di check-out e check-in super semplici e non abbiamo avuto nessun problema nel reperire le chiavi e capire il funzionamento del palazzo. L'alloggio è molto grande e spazioso e le cose che abbiamo usato funzionavano tutte. Specie la doccia: era enorme e l'acqua era caldissima, pressione ottimale. La connessione wifi era perfetta (checché ne dicesse un commento lasciato da qualche passato ospite sul foglietto della password), funzionava benissimo, avendoci lavorato tutto il giorno (inclusa una call) posso confermarlo senza problemi.

Purtroppo ci sono molti punti migliorabili. Il riscaldamento in bagno era di base spento, e abbiamo dovuto accenderlo noi a mano (infatti faceva freddino). Nella doccia non era stato riempito il contenitore fisso del bagnoschiuma (e per lavarmi ho dovuto comprarlo a parte), così come non c'era un sapone per il bidet ma solo quello per le mani. Solita mancanza di ganci porta asciugamani per la doccia e per il bidet (sembra che chi arredi hotel/b&b ecc non sappia come si viva in una casa...). La cosa peggiore però, purtroppo, è il divano letto: per quanto molto grande non era per nulla comodo, il materasso era troppo morbido e storto e abbiamo sofferto di mal di schiena entrambe le notti. C'era una porta chiusa che probabilmente è la camera, non saprei, ma è un peccato non aver messo un normale letto per permettere di dormire comodamente... In ultimo, nonostante fossimo chiusi dentro, le pareti sottili non hanno minimamente isolato la cacofonia di rumori provenienti dagli appartamenti attorno e sopra, e i rumori dalla strada: sono state due notti un po' sofferte.

Uno dei migliori appartamentini in cui abbiamo soggiornato nel centro di Parma

Monolocale spazioso, pulito, in un punto centralissimo e strategico (ad un passo dal parcheggio coperto, dal grande supermercato alimentare, dalle piazze e chiese più belle di Parma, dal mercatino rionale quotidiano...e in pieno centro, tra negozi e bar di ogni tipo). Cucina nuova, pulitissima con un enorme frigo+freezer nuovo anche quello. Nei pensili della cucina e nei suoi cassetti, c'erano piatti, bicchieri, posate, pentole, ecc. tutto nuovo e ordinato. C'era anche il fornetto microonde e un bel tavolo rotondo con quattro sedie. Il bagno era ampio e nuovo, compreso il grande scaldabagno elettrico! Profumati i saponi liquidi e lo shampoo messi a disposizione per gli ospiti... oltre al phon per i capelli, dischetti struccanti, cotton fioc, ecc. Sarebbe stato comodo un appendino per le asciugamani piccole del bidè. Doccia perfetta...direi fantastica! Condizionatore in camera nuovissimo e silenzioso. Grande TV a parete di fronte al letto

Peccato per l'assenza della zanzariera alla finestra che dava sul fiume con una bellissima visuale, ma, soprattutto peccato per il letto...si, lo sapevamo che avremmo dormito in un divano letto e, anche se materasso e cuscini erano nuovi e morbidi, non posso dire che siamo stati proprio comodi... Per una sola notte ci siamo arrangiati, ma, in un appartamentino così bello e curato, l'assenza di un vero letto matrimoniale è proprio un peccato! Se volessi peccare di pignolerìa, direi anche che avrei gradito le lenzuola e asciugamani bianche anzichè di color grigio scuro...

Mooie badkamer, mindere ligging

de badkamer was deftig ingericht en proper. De host reageert snel en heeft ook geholpen bij parking.

Ligging was wel bij het water, maar precies toch wat een mindere buurt van Parma. De buren hadden de pamper van hun baby in de gang gelegd omdat hij zo rook. Niet aangenaam om in de gang te komen. Zoals bij de meeste overnachtingen, moet je wel altijd werken met je GSM om toegang te kunnen verkrijgen. Ook altijd je e-id nog doorsturen. Dat vind ik wat vervelend dat je zoveel tijd op je GSM moet doorbrengen voor een overnachting... (algemene opmerking voor overnachting in Italië). Er is geen parking in de buurt. Je kan parkeren aan 12 euro/dag maar is toch met valiezen nog even wandelen.

Il sentirci a casa in questa struttura è stata ed è la motivazione più grande , soprattutto quando si è un po' pignoletti 😅 , comunque si... tutto perfetto, posizione e vista eccellenti in un palazzo silenzioso e servitissimo in pieno centro , lo consiglio vivamente a tutti, sicuramente ci rivedremo per la prossima laurea 🤗... grazie infinite per la cordialità dello staff👍👍
