Clean, modern, comfortable apartment in a good location. Nicely decorated. Nice bathroom and shower.

Only one clothes hangar in the bedroom cupboard. Air conditioning were mobile units that were quite noisy.

Nice apartment in a good location.

Recently renovated I would suggest. Good location, clean and a large shower space. Some coffee pods, biscuits, water and toiletries were appreciated. Steps to the first floor location were easy to navigate. Nice cafe across the road was a bonus. Would be happy to stay there again.

We loved it

The location was great and the apartment beautiful. VERY close to the sights. Everything was new and clean. It had lovely flowers on the balcony. The bathroom looked like it was recently renovated. The owner was kind and helpful. She left coffee tea and biscuits for us. Lovely

Functional, comfortable, decent value, good location

Well located. Spacious bedroom and bathroom as well as a main room. Plenty of room but it would be a bit tight of all the sofa beds where in use. The building is accessed through a small side street that has a number off shops and eateries. Plenty of bars, cafes and restos nearby, 5 mins to the cathedral and museums. 10-15 min walk to station - flat if hauling bags. Google maps sends you around the station from the car park but you should walk under it past the bus stops. Impossible take a car to the apartment - station car park is safe and reasonable cost

In spite of double glazing quite a bit of street noise. The aircon is a mobile unit with a tube through a hole in the wall and that lets in noise and would be noisy in summer.

Great location, big bathroom and comfy bed!!!

The property was fine- I think it would be nice to have a comfy chair in the living room and also lights for reading in bed. There is a large lovely dining room type of chandelier that is super bright but not great for a bedroom!

Great choice

Great apartment, spacious and centrally located. We stayed for 3 nights. There are plenty of shops, cafes and trattorias near by. I would definitely recommend it your stay in Parma.

the bathroom was very nice.

the apartment is NOT soundproof. You need earplugs to stay here. the street is very noisy and the old windows do not keep out the sound. The kitchen supplies were zero.

Great location, easy, old apartment - you’re grandma’s place that got a spruce up-, allergic.

Very comfy apartment in the heart of Parma. Literally walking distance from everything you’ll want to visit and all the osterias. Elisa was super accommodating and lovely.

Old property, tidied up to make it just modern enough. It was clean but both my husband and I are allergic to dust and we know when places need a good dust up, this one needed a very good one.

Pleasant

Very central, on a beautiful street with cafes and little shops. Easy to check in, there is an elevator.

AC was very loud, we couldn't get the stove work (maybe our fault), but the main problem was the quality of the cleaning: kitchen equipment wasn't thoroughly cleaned, the floor was dusty and the water didn't go down in the shower.

Silvia is a very responsive host. Check-in and check-out were straightforward. The apartment is very well located, in the historic centre of Parma. Very spacious for a family with kids. All needed amenities in the kitchen.

the location was great. Great little cafe/bar right outside the door.

very little provisions, 4 coffee pods for 3 day stay for 2 people. No cafeteria to make proper coffee. Quite noisy.

The location was amazing and the size of the apartment was very nice.

The apartment advertised as Air conditioned but there was a tiny little mobile aircon in the lounge that you could not move and also did not even Cool the lounge properly. There was no plug for the basin in the kitchen so I could not wash my baby’s bottles properly. The internet connection on the TV did not work properly so we could not use the TV at all. The bedroom windows have no curtains and the shutters did not block the light out of the bedroom at all. There was also no kettle in the unit.

Nice and comfortable apartment in the center

We travelled as a family and had a really nice stay at a comfortable apartment located directly in the center. The parking place was around ten min by walk and cost only 9€ per day. Our host Silvia was really kind and helped when ever needed. We totally can recommend this property for a stay in Parma.

Elisa è stata una proprietaria gentilissima ed è stata più che disponibile nei nostri confronti, in particolar modo riguardo al checkout. Lalloggio è perfettamente in centro, comodissimo per visitare i negozietti e per poter mangiare senza spostarsi eccessivamente. È pulito, spazioso e ben riscaldato. Menzione d’onore al bagno che è pulitissimo e molto grande. Grazie di cuore!

Due giorni a Parma stupendi

Tutto perfetto, a partire da Elisa, host gentile e sempre disponibile che 'accompagna' i propri ospiti con indicazioni chiare e suggerimenti interessanti per rendere ancora migliore il soggiorno. Appartamento meraviglioso, pulito, spazioso, ti fa sentire a casa. Dotato di tutto quello che può servire, dal bollitore per un tè alla macchinetta del caffè, ai prodotti da bagno a disposizione. La posizione è strategica, a pochi minuti a piedi da centro storico, musei e osterie tipiche di Parma. Super consigliato! Grazie Elisa

nella descrizione dell'appartamento c'era scritto parcheggio pubblico in zona senza prenotazione al costo di 12 euro al giorno. si sono dimenticati di dire che zona si intende il parcheggio a 10 minuti a piedi. se piove, è notte, hai le valigie ma hai già pagato, sono fatti tuoi, loro i soldi li hanno presi. NESSUN RISPETTO PER IL CLIENTE. DA EVITARE.

La struttura non è una camera con bagno ma un grande bilocale. La zona giorno è luminosa ed accogliente.

L’unica cosa che veramente migliorerei è la dotazione della cucina (il sale l’avrei gradito moltissimo).
