Everything including the location comfort and cleanliness.
Wi-Fi a bit on and off but that is common in older buildings in Italy. We could not make the washing machine work. The water seemed not to flow. Main complaint is the lack of lighting from the lift to the apartment door. There appeared to be none which made the walk up the stairs difficult. iPhones help but ought not to be needed. Did I miss something ?

Beautiful and clean apartment, perfect for travelling alone or as a couple. The location was amazing. And very responsive hosts, quick to reply to queries via email and WhatsApp. Most of the big tourist attractions were a very short walk away. Plenty of fantastic local restaurants and all the staff spoke English, which helped (many menus are printed in Italian and English).
