Parma City Centre Holiday House

A fantastic central location to explore Parma. The apartment is really well sized with lovely bedrooms. It had all the facilities we needed; would definitely recommend.

En realidad todo fue bueno era un lugar muy cómodo muy limpio y organizado todo la persona encargada del check-in muy pendiente por vía WhatsApp entrada autónoma , privacidad total como en casa , dejo varias toallas y sábanas super organizado sin duda volvería

Que el televisor no funciona para internet sólo canales nacionales, y al ser turista no manejo el idioma no fue posible ver series o canales Ene spañol

The apartment was clean with a washing machine and dishwasher. Self check in. The drying rack needs to be collected from the 4th floor.

We initially struggled to get into the apartment and waited for 20 mins in the hot sun whilst the owner was trying to sort out remote door opening (for the door downstairs). Be warned that despite the fact that the post mentioned air conditioners - one is in the living room and the other is shared between the 2 rooms. We had a baby and so had to close the door between the room when she was asleep. This meant no air conditioner and there was no alternative to cool the room (no fan provided). In addition, the air conditioners kept turning off spontaneously which results in the annoying process of turning it on multiple times. We had to leave one of the air conditioner on to cool the house whilst we are out due to the heat (it reached 44 degrees whilst we were there outside). But this turned off so we returned to a furnace and it does not help that the air conditioner took a while to cool the rooms.
