This is a charming apartment on the third floor of an old building. There are 57 steps and no lift so this might be difficult for someone with mobility issues. Quite typical in Italy. For me it was fine. The style of the apartment is very lovely with lots of attention to little details. The decor is as it appears in the photos and is charming, especially the hand painted walls. The bedroom area is tight but perfectly compact. Everything is immaculately clean. It was a quiet, calm and comfortable place. I loved it. The owner Elena is very responsive to any questions. The location is perfect for the old centre, close to the main sights, lovely shops, cafés and restaurants. Try Latteria 61 for delicious, freshly made cakes. Just make sure to get there early in the morning or everything will be sold as it’s very well patronised. If I return to Parma I would happily stay here again

Nothing, all just lovely

El felino24parma és un apartament únic. El que el fa especial no és només que està molt aprop de l'estació, que té al costat el Parc de la Citadella o que està a minuts de la Piazza Garibaldi o de museus amb exposicions molt interessants. També és increïble que tingui ben aprop dotzenes de restaurants on gaudir de la cuina local, gelateries i pastisseries. El millor del felino24parma és el propi apartament, un luxe que té tots els detalls. No és un apartament amb el que necessites, és molt més! Està pensat amb amor, tots els detalls, la decoració, absolutament un apartament especial amb obres d'art pintades a les parets. És un luxe pel viatjant trobar un lloc així. Però encara hi ha més, el contacte amb els propietaris és constant, fan recomanacions de la ciutat i de llocs per menjar. Realment es nota que estimen la ciutat de Parma. No ho dubteu, si veniu a Parma heu d'anar al felino24parma!!! No ho dubteu gens, estareu en un lloc especial d'una ciutat especial!

Хозяйка квартиры Елена, замечательный человек! Встретила прямо на улице. Все рассказала и показала. В квартире есть все для комфортного проживания, даже итальянский чердачок))) для сушки белья…. Ну и где можно выпить вечером бокальчик вина , погрузившись в тишине в свои мысли…. Вообщем понравилось все! Рядом центральная площадь, продуктовые магазины рядом, парк в 10 минутах ходьбы, вечером можно прогуляться по узким улочкам Пармы среди светящихся витрин магазинов.
