A fine centrally located apartment in a little-known history-full, Northern Italian art city

The property is close to some good bars, breakfast was mot an issue.

Great spot for a couple to explore Parma

Great location, everything you need for a short stay - and washing machine. Everything to cook as well. Host was really attentive and helpful.

Bed is very firm (like most Italian beds). Not a lot of natural light - which shouldn’t matter because there’s so much to do and see.

We had a lovely stay in Parma and the owner was very kind and helpful!!

The apartment is located in the centre of Parma and nice cafes and restaurants are just around the corner. Also, most of the sightseeing attractions are within walking distance. The owner is very nice and helpful!! We'd love to come back here again!!

Superb

Very practical flat to move around by foot. I would advise it most for group of friends (a bit dark if you want to stay in). Bikes should be available (they were unfortunately stolen right before our arrival) and Matteo is extremely nice!

The flat is right next to teatro regio, and very well equipped (washing machine, dish washer..) for who would have to do a longer stay. It is quiet but a bit dark as the windows give on internal courtyard. But in a city as Parma (always book your restaurant!) it is not an inconvenience at all. Two good ACs do the trick on hot nights and to let the air flow. The bed is quite comfortable and so is the sofa (obviously for who does not move too much). Matteo is extraordinarily helpful for indications!

Eine gute Zeit in Parma

Superlage! Praktisch alle Sehenswürdigkeiten in Gehdistanz! Die Wohnungsübergabe war sehr effizient und einfach. Die Eigentümere haben mehrfach nachgefragt, ob wir Hilfe brauchen. Das nenne ich Service!

Die Wohnung ist nicht sehr hell, aber wir waren so oder so immer in der Stadt und haben uns die Sehenswürdigkeiten angeschaut.

Direi che il posto è super ok. Sotto c'é pure un baretto molto carino dove fare colazione o aperitivo. Il prezzo è assolutamente onesto, per fortuna si trovano ancora delle strutture pulite, ben tenute, in centro a buon mercato.

Il posteggio non è vicinissimo (parcheggio autosilo TOSCHI) e si paga 15 euro per 24 h. Però camminare 10-15 minuti è anche piacevole e i prezzi ormai sono quelli. Per noi il check out alle 11 è stato un po' presto, la signora delle pulizie alle 11:01 era già in loco. E' cmqe un buon orario, ma noi che abbiamo fatto tardi(ssimo) la sera avremmo avuto bisogno una mezz'ora in piu'. Il divano letto non so com'é se ci si dorme in due.

Au centre de Parme,à quelques minutes à pieds de toutes les activités du centre historique,un emplacement au top.Logement de qualité,tout équipé,parfait pour un séjour de quelques nuits ou plus.Sans compter la rapidité de réponse de la propriétaire qui a vraiment tenu à faire de notre séjour un super moment et qui communiquait avec nous.Nous reviendrons avec plaisir

L'appartamento era molto bello, pulito e accogliente e la posizione buonissima, vicino alla Pilotta e al centro storico della città. L'appartamento era al secondo piano con ascensore. I proprietari sono stati molto gentili e cordiali, fornendo non solo le informazioni per il self check-in, ma anche dandoci consigli sui luoghi da visitare, ristoranti da provare nella città, parcheggi per l'auto (l'appartamento è in una zona ZTL e non è semplice trovare parcheggio) e fornendo maggiori informazioni ai miei dubbi.
