La posizione e il check-in dopo le 18 tramite cassetta di sicurezza
Prima di arrivare alla struttura, contatto la proprietaria tramite numero trovato qui su Booking. Le prime risposte sono già scortesi, ma vabbè. Il giorno stesso scopro tramite WhatsApp che le tasse di soggiorno sono più del doppio rispetto a quanto riportato sull’annuncio. Colpo di Booking, mi viene detto. Poi, una volta arrivato in appartamento, trovo il divano letto da 1 posto (anziché 2, come segnato nell’annuncio). Contatto l’ufficio con cui ho fatto il check-in e mi rimanda alla proprietaria di casa, che nuovamente risponde in modo molto scortese. In fin dei conti, abbiamo dovuto dormire in 3 nel letto matrimoniale perché il divano letto era solo da 1 (e quindi in verità l’appartamento era da 5). Nel divano letto si allungavano solo i piedi, ma la parte estraibile era larga poco più di un metro. Penso che questo sia il disagio più grande, perché la mancanza di un letto è qualcosa che crea grandi problemi. Oltre a questo, comunque, la totale mancanza di attenzione e gentilezza non ha di certo migliorato la situazione.
