Excellent experience from check-in to check-out. Host was responsive and provided clear instructions.
Apartment was very comfortable with a well equipped kitchen. A mix of stainless and nonstick cookware, ample dishware, and good condiments provided.
Excellent location.
Parking was conveniently located but very tight and best for a smaller vehicle.

The location was perfecr for visiting Parma. We parked our car on arrival and walked everywhere. The host arranges close paid parking. It's close to the train station. The host was communicative. The apartment was furnished with lots of amenities and comfortable.
Entry to the apartment requires 4 keys, 2 exterior doors, elevator and entry door. It wasn't a problem but took a few times to get used to.

Struttura in pieno centro, molto pulita e ben organizzata, con tutto il necessario anche per cucinare ed una base di sale, olio, ecc. molto utile il garage convenzionato a due passi. Molto silenziosa nonostante la zona super centrale. Consiglio il ristorante La Greppia al civico adiacente, ma bisogna prenotare
L‘unica pecca a mio avviso sono le tende del soggiorno non oscuranti, mentre in camera ci sono gli scuri. Dormendo in salotto la luce può dare fastidio al mattino.

Francesca is such a caring host! She has stocked the apartment with everything one might need for a comfortable stay: toiletries in the bathroom, basic cooking items in the kitchen.
The bed is comfortable, and there's a couch in the living room if a third person is joining a trip.
The apartment couldn't be more central, one can walk to all attractions, and city parking Toschi is a 5-minute walk (eur16 daily rate).
