L'appartement était très propre et le contact avec les propriétaires a été très simple et humain. Ils ont été très réactifs et à l'écoute. Il était très bien situé aussi bien pour visiter Parme que les villes autour. Malgré les températures et la double exposition de l'appartement, la climatisation nous a permis de s'y sentir extrêmement bien.
Nous avons tout apprécié. Aucune surprise négative et plutôt des surprises positives.

Die Unterkunft hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Sie liegt sehr Nahe am Bahnhof und am Zentrum. Die Gastgeber sind sehr nett und haben alle unsere Fragen praktisch sofort beantwortet. Auch durften wir am Strassenfest zu Ehren San Giovanni teilnehmen.
Mitte Juni war es schon über 30 Grad und wir hätten uns ein paar Grad kühler gewünscht, aber die Wohnung hat eine Klimaanlage und Gelatis schmecken erst richtig, wenn's warm ist.

Muy buen ubicado. Con lavadora y jabon. Muy limpio. Muy buen trato con los dueños.
El aire acondicionado NO esta en las habitaciones, con lo que no llega. Pasamos mucha calor. El techo es un poco bajo, es una buardilla, con lo que hace más calor. El balcón da a un espacio entre edificios donde hay restaurantes, sube olor a comida si abres.
