It was spacious and reasonably comfortable apart from the couch. It was very clean.

We didn’t manage to take our suitcases up the up the winding stairs. No instructions regarding the air conditioning. Several of the lights did not work.

Ok for a night

Great garden, convenient location

Very dirty apartment, only one folk in the kitchen which is surprising since the apartment is rented for a family of 4. For some reason there was also no teapot, sockets in the small living room not working properly..

Easy access to Parma Centro in a clean, quiet, comfortable home cannot be beat.

The location is perfect for walking in and out of the centre of lovely Parma. We were met at the house and provided with essential info for the house, but also had immediate responses to small questions that we had about the property. The air conditioning was a bonus as despite traveling in October, Parma was very warm. The house was clean, comfortable and quiet. A persimmon tree with mature fruit in the garden was a real treat. Private parking was available and accessible.

Hosting on the cheap

The air conditioning,the wifi, and it was a quiet area. Not far from a park. The space as a whole was good for two people.

Lack of proper lighting (there are no lights in the upstairs bathroom), no hand soap in the upstairs bathroom, bathrooms weren't clean, and no Kleenex and minimal toilet paper. Not ideal when a guest gets a bloody nose! Switches don't turn on lamps. Have to go up to each one individually. Bulbs were burnt out as well. Not close to public transit. Not ideal if anyone doesn't want to - or can't - walk dustances. Email had a different checkout time than the app. Always check the app! Cleaning staff attempted to enter the apt before the correct checkout time. The host was dismissive of our concerns with that.

Perfect spot to visit Parma and have your own private house including garden (shared with the nice neighbour who's also the caretaker). Walking distance to the old town center is just 10 minutes or so.

fantastic stay ….. one of the best my friends and I ever stayed in!

we liked everything. three of us were in Parma and we wanted to have our own room. finding 3 bedroom accommodation is very difficult. Paolo’s house was perfect. We had 3 comfortable bedrooms (one with queen bed and 2 with single bed). The bedding was very good quality as was the mattresses.There was a bathroom upstairs and one downstairs. the bathrooms were small but both had toilet, sink and shower. there is also a nice garden where you can enjoy a glass of wine or breakfast. The kitchen is well equipped, it has a dishwasher too. The parking is exceptional ….. a dedicated spot in a secure parking area that belongs to the property. the location was great: you can reach the town centre in less than 15 minutes but you can reach highways quickly if you want to tour out of Parma. Paolo is the perfect host. He lives next door and will respond very quickly if you have a problem. We are planning to go back again.

the upstairs could use a full length mirror …. maybe not after 5 days of eating in and around Parma.

Non molto soddisfatti.

Ottima la posizione in base alle mie esigenze, abbastanza vicina al centro da poter andare a piedi.

La tenda della finestra del bagno al piano terra, collocata proprio dentro la doccia, era rotta, abbiamo subito segnalato la cosa ai gestori ma abbiamo ricevuto risposta solo il giorno dopo e la cosa non è stata risolta, abbiamo dovuto usare dello scottex per oscurare la finestra. Anche quella al piano di sopra era rotta, ma essendo un primo piano ha causato meno disagi. Un altro problema era però lo specchio, posto davvero in alto e che non consentiva di vedersi bene. Il divano letto presente nella zona giorno riportava un "buco" proprio ad altezza fianchi, di conseguenza l'amica che vi dormiva non ha riposato molto bene, inoltre la piantana così vicina ha creato diverse testate non volute durante la notte. Inoltre non sono presenti dei lampadari centrali nelle stanze ma solo abatjour o piantane, la cosa è stata abbastanza fastidiosa data la poca luce in quei giorni. Per quanto riguarda le forniture avevamo solo 3 rotoli di carta igienica per 6 persone per 4 giorni, non erano presenti canovacci o simili per poter asciugare i piatti o il detersivo per la lavastoviglie. A livello di pulizia nel complesso non malissimo, ma potevano esserci alcune accortezza in più, nella pianta esterna per esempio erano presenti tantissimi mozziconi di sigaretta, come se la cose non fosse attenzionata da tempo.

Bellissima casa

la casa è molto bella e spaziosa, un bel giardino e addirittura 3 camere da letto e due bagni. arredata bene. ottima la posizione a due passi dal centro città. tra l'altro la via della salute è bellissima tutta colorata.

Sono un amante degli animali, ma ci sarebbe piaciuto sapere che c'era un cane nel giardino, anche perché avevamo dei bambini piccoli non sempre gestibili. non essendoci lampadari non è stata comodissimo organizzarci con le luci

No tiene luz en los techos y la tapa Del baño estaba rota y no la arreglaron y vinieron durante la estancia a ver el tema de la instalación eléctrica . He tenido que solicitar la factura 5 veces y me la han mandado mal por un importe inferior del que yo he pagado he reclamado la vuelvan a mandar

La localisation, près du centre ville., l'espace intérieur, le jardin et la place de parking pour la voiture.

Dommage, la maison n'est pas entretenue. Les stores vénitiens cassés (papier sopalin collé sur la fenêtre de la sdb pour remplacer le store), l'abattant toilette cassé, éclairage limité, lampes qui ne fonctionnent pas,....

L' appartamento è molto carino e vicino al centro di Parma, si può arrivare a piedi. Comodo il parcheggio.

Il divano non si può utilizzare per dormire! Troppo scomodo. Nella stanza del primo piano la persiana non chiude. Non abbiamo trovato strofinacci e spugne.

La.casa non ha luci, ci sono solo delle abat-jours sui comodini. Ci sono 3 piantane ma non funzionano. In giardino c è un cane del vicino, il giardino non è ad uso esclusivo. Quando ho fatto presente al check in che mancassero le luci mi è stato detto che è cosi, che il proprietario non avrebbe dato l ok ai gestori di andare all Ikea a comprare delle nuove piantane di 10eur quindi per 3 giorni siamo stati senza luci per truccarci o vestirci in camera. CONSIGLIO ALMENO DI METTERE DELLE CANDELE, almeno fanno atmosfera. Inoltre la casa era sporca, le tapparelle non funzionavano e non ci sono zanzariere. Non consiglio

Ganz okay, muss aber nicht sein

Die Lage zum Zentrum ist gut, die Bushaltestelle ist nicht weit entfernt. Sehr praktisch ist natürlich der Parkplatz, man sollte allerdings wissen, dass der nicht wirklich abgeschlossen ist, falls einem das wichtig ist. Die Straße wirkte nett und war sauber. Wir fanden die Betten bequem, haben aber das Schlafsofa im Wohnzimmer nicht benötigt. Das ist unbrauchbar.

Die Wohnung ist im Großen und Ganzen okay, aber es ist offensichtlich, dass sich niemand darum kümmert. Lampen, Backofen, Schlafsofa,... diverses ist kaputt. Groß Kochen sollte man nicht, die Kochutensilien sind spärlich und teilweise echt hinüber. Auch der Garten wirkt nicht gepflegt, man kann sich aber raussetzen. Im Haus ist es ziemlich dunkel, es gibt wenig Licht, vor allem kaum Deckenlicht, und viele Lampen funktionieren nicht. Alles in allem ist die Wohnung okay und vor allem praktisch, wenn man einen Parkplatz braucht. Wir würden aber nicht unbedingt wiederkommen.

una struttura bellissima e molto comoda per visitare il centro. noi abbiamo un bimbo di 3 anni e ci siamo trovati benissimo. forse un pò piccoli i bagni ma ci si adatta. inoltre avere il parcheggio interno e un plus da non sottovalutare.
