Cute apartment in easy access location

The location was wonderful. A short walk from the train station, and a 15 minute walk to the hub of the city. Communication with the host was easy and they were very responsive. Check-in was also seamless as all the right instructions were provided by the host. The apartment was spacious and comfortable, and the neighboring homes were quiet and private. Additionally, there was an elevator to use (rare!) and luggage storage closets for each unit if you arrive earlier than the check in time. Easily one of the better stays during our vacation in Italy. We will likely stay again.

The cleaning could have been better. The sheets and bathroom were clean, however, there were dead mosquitos squished on the walls and ceiling. We counted a total of 3 squished mosquitos, which probably served as a warning to keep the window closed. On that note, KEEP THE WINDOW CLOSED! This unit has a lot of mosquitos! After we cleaned the lifeless mosquito bodies and sealed their only access point, we were able to rest in peace.

Feel like a local in this quiet refuge

Spacious clean property in a quiet residential neighborhood away from the tourist crowds but easy walking distance to dining and city center. Wine bar next door was a fun place to relax. Nice views of the city. Washing machine worked well

Beautiful apartment, well located and would stay again if ever in Parma

Beautiful apartment. Great for longer stay!

Location was convenient to center, but night walking down the street seemed desolate. Thought that some basics were scant..no tissues, no extra roll Of bathroom tissue, no roll of paper towel in kitchen, and quality of towels was not good..We did manage with one set because the Cost per day quote for an extra set was just exorbitant..30 euros per day was too high to pay. These things are easy enough to resolve so would hope management does. A great place to stay and recommend to others!

Lovely, comfortable apartment. Excellent air-conditioning and comfortable bed and pillows. A 10 min walk from the station, and centrally located with restaurants and shops nearby. The Pilotta museum was just up the road too. Loved it! Highly recommend

Cleanliness and location. Had an elevator.

Not much in the way of cooking utensils - so we did not cook at the apartment. No bread knife, no knife to cut meat, no salad bowls or serving dishes. No toaster. No clothes drying rack, no iron or ironing board.

Very clean & secure apartment & hope the host could meet up with tenants on arrival.

Cleanliness of the apartment, able to park just outside the apartment, very secure apartment & walking distance to the city center. Numerous restaurants and also supermarket & convenience stores.

No instruments were given when one could park just outside the apartment just like the benefits of purchasing the Daily Permit for the ZTL in which the permit itself offers one full day parking. Bit challenging to communicate with the host in English and not able to meet up with her at the apartment to sort parking arrangement etc as we took us about an hour to finally learn to display the Permit & also indicate on paper at the car dashboard that we are staying at the apartment. The bed is Queen size and a bit small for us to sleep together as I am 1.84m tall.

Angenehmer Aufenthalt für Stadtbesichtigungen.

Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral. Centrum, Bahnhof und Supermarkt in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Ruhige Wohnlage. Aufzug vorhanden.

An den Fenstern fehlt Fliegen- / Mückenschutz. Sehr unangenehm. Die automatische Schließanlage ist gewöhnungsbedürftig.

Schönes Apartment für einen Kurzaufenthalt

Nahe am Zentrum und für einen kurzen Stadtaufenthalt gut geeignet. Balkon war gut. Zwei Schlafzimmer und zwei Bäder. Küche mit Geschirrspüler.

Überdekoriert und zu große Möbel für die Räume. In der Küche fehlten Esslöffel, Käsereibe, kleine und große Schüsseln für Salat, Obst oder Müsli. Keine Infomappe für die Wohnung (Müll. Klimaanlage). Kein Sonnenschutz für die Wohnzimmerfenster. Keine Balkonmöbel.

Standarden på lägenheten var mycket bra. Kändes tryggt och bra med tanke på alla koder och liknande för att ta sig in och ut

Det var varmt ute, 25-28 grader. Airconditionen fungerade inte alls och det var så varmt att vi inte ville vistas i lägenheten och inte kunde sova. Vi påtalade problemet flera gånger och ville ha hjälp. Men inget hände. Vi fick en schematisk instruktionsbok som inte hjälpte oss alls. Ingen besökte oss och ingen lokal hjälp fanns över huvud taget. Köket var dåligt utrustat med för få glas, för lite bestick, för få tallrikar av olika slag. Totalt var denna fina lägenhet väldigt misskött av ägaren .

L' appartamento è nel centro di Parma, nuovo e ben tenuto. È nella ZTL ma noi abbiamo lasciato l' auto al parcheggio Toschi che è a 10 minuti dalla casa.

Darei un consiglio pratico, mettere una mensolina nella doccia x appoggiare i prodotti x lavarsi , metterli x terra è scomodo.
