A good stay overshadowed by the noisy neighbour

Perfected located on the beach and our room had its own terrace overlooking it. Not part of the hotel, but next to its entrance is a lovely family cafe which serves THE best enchiladas I ever had. Lovely pool area - it was so refreshing to be in there.

The close proximity to the Ectasis club is a big problem. I was awake at 3am until 5am with the sound of thudding bass from the exceptionally loud music emanating from the club. The terrace needs better, more comfortable furniture and plants that are not dead. It needed some maintenance. The room was lovely though there is no privacy for the toilet. So you need to be comfortable with having a poo in front of your partner! I don’t recommend the breakfast at the hotel itself. It was expensive and my enchiladas were served to me almost cold, with chewy bits in the chicken.

Very nice-sized room. It would have benefited by having, hooks and/or towel racks. Also a hand towel. A wardrobe or rod so a few clothes could be hung would have made settling in much easier. For longer stays, this quality of accomodation would also benefit from providing bar fridges and in some cases, a coffee maker.

Great stay for those fully intending to party

Great location, perfectly in the beach in the more up and coming side of the beach. Cool vibes and funky decor

As a last minute booking we didn’t look into some reviews to understand this is a party focused hotel. Until 5am on night in the actual hotel and the following day until 6am at the venue next door. Not much of a problem with noise cancelling headphones (just) but should have been informed on check in

I won’t stay there again

It’s on the beach.

The description of the room didn’t match the room. I wasn’t able to lock my room because the door handle was broken. The bathroom was not attached to my room. I had to walk out into a shared space with staff where they do laundry. The net around the bed looked like it’s never been washed, it was covered in dust and had holes. There was hair and sand in my bed before I got in it. The pool looked dirty, so I didn’t use it.

Lovely place right on the beach.

Great location right on the beach. The pool area is lovely - we spent a lot of time there. The staff were friendly. Strong fan in the bedroom (which is necessary).

The toilet has a half wall to separate it from the rest of the room so not ideal levels of privacy. There are bathrooms downstairs that can be used. The mosquito net doesn’t fully cover the bed but we used hair ties and clips to keep it closed so it wasn’t an issue for us.

Okay….but amazing view

The view is absolutely amazing. Nice beds and pillows, and AC.

The bathroom experience (in the suite) was very disappointing. The toilet wouldn’t flush properly, and the pipe under the sink kept coming off — causing all the water to spill onto the floor every time it disconnected. The shower also has no hook to hang a towel, and the room in general lacks places to hang wet towels or clothes. Breakfast was another major issue. The Italian lady preparing the “special coffees” split one portion of coffee into two cups, making them extremely weak. I ordered milk oats, and the dish was genuinely bad — I returned it after a single spoonful. Our feedback was not well received, and the only action taken was removing the cost of the oats. There was no apology, no courtesy, no acknowledgment of the situation. The omelet was also disappointing. After that, we decided not to eat any other meals at the property. They had the potential to receive excellent scores, but the food quality brought the experience down significantly. The atmosphere was fine, and the associates in general were friendly. The pool area was small but cozy, and it was a nice touch to be able to play your own Spotify music. The room was comfortable, but the bathroom and shower definitely need improvement. And they have the potential to prepare nice parties. They just don’t do that consistently.

Nice night on the beach..

I didn't eat breakfast there. I did have a coffee. I had to wait until 7:30am to get one but it was very welcome when it came.

Oddly enough, the place was so chill that i discovered last night i hadn't paid and need to phone them to fix that.

I especially liked the intelligent and patient young woman who checked me in. She works in the bar at night and was very helpful

Nice location but rat issue

I booked the terrace room 15 for 2 nights. There were 3 rats in my room. They kept coming back from the roof. After some discussion they gave me a different room. The next day they wanted me to go back into room 15. I refused. The manager did not bother to talk to me until I was about to leave. They agreed to reemburse me for the night and I checked out. Despite several messages, the money never came back to my credit card. I hope they do something about the rat problem..

tiene buena ubicación, está en el centro de la playa de zipolite y se puede caminar hacia el adoquín o la playa del amor, también cerca sobre la playa muy buenos restaurantes para comer o cenar

Aparentemente el Hotel está muy bien en las fotos, aunque en persona es totalmente otra cosa, puesto que las instalaciones son viejas, sucias, el personal no tiene experiencia en hostelería, aunque con algunas excepciones.

Sobre todo que el personal del Hotel no está cualificado. Las instalaciones les falta mucho mantenimiento. Entiendo que es un destino un tanto rural e indómito, pero eso no justifica lo anterior, ya que hay destinos similares que superan las expectativas del viajero.

Desde muy temprano, los trabajadores comienzan hacer ruido como llenando ventas, moviendo muebles, y eso te pone alerta desde las siete de la mañana

Una segunda casa para ser tú mismo.

El lugar es precioso, calido, staff amable y los visitantes sienten todo esto. Ojalá cuiden y sigan desarrollando el espacio tan bien. Hirman y su equipo me hicieron sentir como en casa (L) Los djs de la tarde increibles, asi como la fiesta del sabado.

Lo malo del sito, que no pueden controlar en el staff es el sonido de la discoteca de al lado. Me tocó las habitaciones opuestas a esta discoteca y aun asi sentía un poco la vibración, se que los de al lado ese dia no puderon dormir (ocurrió de viernes a sábado). Esto es un gran pero que espero puedan solventar

Freitags und Samstag Abend ist ein Club in unmittelbarer Nähe extrem laut. Der Betrieb dort geht die ganze Nacht und in den Zimmern hin zum Club ist kein Schlaf zu finden. Das ist schade, dafür können aber die Betreiber des Hotels nichts.

Nos toco dia lluvioso, en la habitacion con vista al mar y empezaron varias goteras , algunas justo sobre la cama otras por los lados de la cama lo cual mojo mi maleta que estaba abierta en un lado, mas tarde ya se habia inundado todo el cuarto, se nos paso a otro que no era lo esperado , ya que era mas pequeños , con vista parcial al mar y sin clima

Una mala experiencia

El personal es muy amable y la ubicación perfecta a pie de playa, pero la verdad no volvería.

No somos personas que andamos por ahi quejándonos, todo iba muy bien, llegamos y nos atendieron muy bien todos muy amables, sin embargo cuando llegamos había una fiesta y hasta ahí todo bien, nos comentaron que terminaba a las 6pm máximo quizás 7pm y no teníamos ningún tema con ello, y de hecho comentamos que en el caso de que siguiera mejor cambiaríamos de lugar pero aseguraron que terminaría en el horario acordado entonces nos quedamos y dijimos todo bien. Para las 11pm seguían con la fiesta en la alberca que estaba justo afuera de nuestra ventana. Salí para hablar con alguien y una persona me comentó que a las 12 de la noche pararía todo, la verdad no se me hacía correcto ya que habitualmente o almenos la mayoría todos los hoteles, airbnbs o habitaciones en los que hemos estado tienen el horario de respeto a partir de las 10pm pero dijimos ok hasta las 12pm. A las 12 pm se escuchó que disminuyeron considerablemente el ruido pero aun se lograba escuchar sin embargo pudimos o intentamos ignorarlos para poder tener unas horas de sueño, pero a las 5am nuevamente empezaron de nuevo y aumentaron el escándalo y literalmente estaban afuera de nuestra habitación con una bocina que hasta tuve que salir para pedirles que por favor nos dejaran dormir, se alejaron un poco pero estaba con gritos con música y haciendo mucho ruido. Ese mismo dia mas tarde hablamos con el gerente y la solución que ofreció fue movernos a unos bungalos mas alejados, aunque aceptamos para no hacer la cosa más grande la verdad me pareció que no fue para nada lo correcto el movernos a nosotros y no al grupo de chicos de la fiesta solo por ser conocidos del dueño. No me aparece que si el lugar tiene reglas y especifica no fiestas y no eventos den pie a romperlas solo por tener relación cercana con el dueño y pasar por encima de la tranquilidad de los otros huéspedes. Elegimos este lugar por la ubicación a pie de playa y por comentarios sobre la tranquilidad que ofrecía cosa que se nos negó totalmente.

Las instalaciones son muy diferentes a las fotos, el baño no tiene privado , está separado con media barda. Pagué una junior Suit y me dieron una habitación convencional y me comentaron que esa era, no me gustó nada el cuarto.
