Charming hotel, but water, Wi-Fi, scorpions, ants, and staff issues made the stay difficult.

The hotel is nicely designed, with cute balconies, a nice outdoor communal area with free coffee and nature, and a great location near Punta Cometa.

Bathroom and toilet water didn’t work at check-in, it was fixed by around 1pm. Wi-Fi was extremely slow (about 100 kbps), there were scorpions and excessive ants in my room. While water was fixed by the end of the night, other problems were not addressed and management was unprofessional and dismissive to my concerns.

Parking was difficult- its up a steep unpaved hill and a but sketchy to drive on. Waaaaaay to hot for august without aircon or a moving fan. The fan was stuck on the one setting, only a standing fan, no ceiling fan. It was waaay too hot after 12pm and including in the night- the room didn’t cool down and it was difficult to sleep. I’m sure in another time of year (winter) its lovely Also NO SOAP! Or water to drink. Also there is no reception so you have to contact them on whatsapp

Terrible experience

My experience at this hotel was, without a doubt, the worst I have ever had. The core issue isn't just the poor maintenance (my room lock failed, leaving me locked out with all my belongings inside), but the complete failure of management. Despite numerous attempts, I could not reach anyone for help. When I finally did, I was told management was three hours away and couldn't assist. This left me stranded with no choice but to break into my own room to retrieve my things. The next morning, after a miserable night in a room, management finally arrived and admitted they hadn't even bothered to read my messages. They refused to refund my two prepaid nights or cancel the second night, which I never even stayed in. The photos are incredibly deceptive. The place is in terrible disrepair, and it's clear from other reviews that this isn't a one-time issue. Do not be fooled; the money you save is not worth the risk of being left high and dry by the staf

Has the potential to be good.

There was a large bed. I also liked the greenery outside the property. I was also able to check in when I needed, since the key was in the door.

No towel provided! Had to airdry after showering. Room was very hot, despite the fan. (I know it gets hot here but some buildings are hotter than others). I was also confused because it said there would be breakfast, but there wasn't any? There was a light outside my window at night, preventing it from being dark, which is odd.

Lovely architecture, everything works, free coffee and drinking water. Nice natural setting, colorful and flowerful surroundings, environmentally aware, quiet at night and in the morning, barely any traffic up there

Estancia agradable en naturaleza

Lugar sencillo, un poco rústico, pero lindo, rodado de naturaleza. Habitaciones grandes con mesa, gratis café y agua para rellenar la botella, lo que agrega mucho valor. Volvería, escogiendo bien la habitación porque cada una tiene otro tipo de vista y terraza.

FUYEZ !!! Nous ne sommes même pas rester dormir

Scorpion dans le lit, tarantule dans le réfectoire et pas d'eau !!!! Aucune réception, aucun accueil, les clés étaient sur les portes. Nous avons croiser la propriété par hasard qui nous a souhaité un bon séjour et nous a explique rapidement les parties communes mais n'a pas précise le problème d'eau. Nous sommes revenus de la plage pleins de sables et en voulant prendre notre douche, pas d'eau ! Nous avons essayé de contacter les 2 numéros qu'ils nous avaient communiqué dont un qui est celui de la propriétaire et pas de réponse. Nous avons trouvé qqn en marchant sur la propriété qui nous dit qu'il n'y a pas d'eau depuis 1 semaine et que nous avions été prévenue. Encore mieux sois disant, il n'y a pas d'eau dans toute la ville selon elle. Mensonge et malhonnête. Nous sommes parti de l'hôtel et en avons trouvé un moins cher et beaucoup mieux dans la rue principale car la cerise sur le gâteau est l'accesibilite de l'hôtel.... Accrochez vous si vous voulez y aller mais je vous conseille de FUIR ce lieux !

Muy lindas vistas y una experiencia grata sin ser por algunos detalles.

El ambiente estuvo muy lindo, el personal muy buena onda también. Y nuestra habitación estaba muy linda con buena privacidad. Hermosa la vista. Cama bastante cómoda.

No tiene aire acondicionado, y el calor de Mazunte se siente. Al baño le faltaba ventilación, quedaba humedad después de bañarse. Queda en una zona del pueblo que estaba en una subida bastante intensa, pero nada imposible de caminar, a tener en cuenta nada más.

Para llegar al lugar es una entrada muy angosta para autos y pues terracería, adicional de que está empinado, no tiene buen paso porque se derrapaba y muchas piedras. Es buen lugar si en verdad amas estar entre la naturaleza porque Salió una tarantula, alacranes y cucarachas, adicional a qué el inodoro sacaba un olor muy fétido.

Perfecto alojamiento en mazunte

La vista desde el balcon es una locura excelente ubicacion para visitar el centro restaurantes y bares. También es un lugar excelente para visitar punta cometa y la playa sin desplazarte muchos kilometros.

Consideren que las habitaciones no cuentan con aire acondicionado y el calor por las noches ed verano es infernal, el ventilador no es suficiente para dispersar el calor.

Un lugar bello cerca de la naturaleza, tranquilo, apacible, sin ruido, limpio, con una vista espectacular, cercano a la playa y a todos los servicios. Con vías de comunicación adecuadas para salir a diferentes playas. Un lugar super recomendable.

Este lugar es bueno ,bonito y barato.

Muy bonito todo, gracias por el café en las mañanas , muy rico el balcón con la hamaca , nos faltó un ventilador un poco más funcional ya que hace muchísimo calor , pero todo nos encantó y nos sentimos bien , caminamos a cualquier playa con nuestros perros , y eran como 10 o 15 min ,nada imposible, aunque si no te gusta caminar o no puedes recorrer distancias y subidas ,esta no es tu opción ( aunque podrías rentar una cuatrimoto , opciones para estar bien hay muchas , fue fácil la llegada , estacionamos nuestro carro y no volvimos a usarlo hasta que nos fuimos , mis mascotas y mi pareja agradecemos mucho el lugar , nos la pasamos increíble.

Todo bien , si eres alguien quejoso ,siempre encontrarás peros... Si necesitas algo que se te acomode más, pues paga más y ve a otro lugar, la verdad está muy bien para lo que cobran . Felicidades
