Good value for money and helpful staff

The staff was helpful and allowed us to leave our bags on the last day, and use the communal shower after the beach. The room was basic but had everything we needed. The bed was comfortable and the fan was great quality - strong enough to keep us cool even with the mosquito net in place. Free purified water on tap (downstairs).

The rooms are more like huts and you could hear other people late at night. Not too much of a problem as the other guests were quiet after midnight. But could be a problem if other guests aren't so thoughtful.

Good for a weekend with a couple

Clean, well located, friendly staff, & very pet friendly. They have a cute little garden. Loved that there’s free drinking water available

No parking. The bathroom feels very exposed (I wish there was actually walls and a door), I shared the room with a friend so that was a little too intimate.

The location is perfect. Right in the centre of the small Town everything needed is a simple walk away. Perfecto.

Love the rustic hammocks provided outside the rooms. The sheltered common area has a beautiful rustic garden, dappled light and amazing knowledgeable and friendly staff. Like a family.

Comfortable but at a ridiculous price

The staff were lovely, the location perfect and the cleanliness was good.

Definitely not value for money. A small room which didn't match booking.com's description at an extortionate price. No mossie nets over the bed, though from the description we were expecting them. We asked the owner who explained that the nets were just on the window. However, mosquitos were coming in the vent so he agreed to buy nets but these didn't materialise.

Superb

What a lovely little place! Situated i the heart of Mazunte, this hotel is on one of the main streets with lots of shops and restaurants and only a short walk to the beach. Slightly set back off the road so no issues with noise overnight. AC works great. Clean and comfortable. Let us leave our bags until 3pm on day of check-out.

Clean, has Aircon and is very pretty! It's good if you want to be in the centre. They were very good with any booking changes. Relaxing vibe to it with hammocks and eco friendly.

Value for money as it is quite expensive for what you get. You need to be very comfortable with who you are staying with as the bathrooms are very open/the rooms aren't hugely private either. The WiFi isn't the best. It's quite loud as it's on the main road with dogs barking too in the mornings.

It is a great location, the rooms are clean and the garden is super nice.

Nobody checked us in. We got the key from somebody that hardly spoke to us. The room was oke but for the amount paid not really good enough. For example, the toilet was loose, giving the bathroom a not very luxurious feeling (not only the toilet seat but like, the whole toilet......) We expected more from this location given the price. Service level is almost 0. We stayed here for 3 nights and expected a clean towel or at least somebody around to ask for anything (like a towel or the fact that the toilet was loose..).

Funky beach vibes... plus a rooster neighbor.

Location was great, gorgeous property and I had a nice spacious room. They tidied every day which was great. The mosquito netting made me feel very protected from bugs given the lack of windows. The fans did a good job keeping the room cool, it was only unbearable at the hottest point of the day which I was at the beach. It was so close the beach which was really great and on the main street with all the restaurants which was a definite plus.

The staff is extremely hands off - which can be good or bad, it was hard to even find them so I kind of felt like I had to do things on my own (eg, find my own cab, figure out my own way around). Also, this property has a cool beach vibe and is a palapa which has one major downside: the rooster next door. He starts at about 4 or 5 am and goes until the sun is up... thankfully I am a heavy sleeper but if you are not... you have been warned. Also some party music noise but that all stopped roughly around 11/midnight (I was not there on the weekend).

Authentische Unterkunft im Zentrum von Mazunte u nah zum Strand.

Lage ist super zentral und 3 min zum Strand. Sehr nette grüne Oase mitten drin. Gastgeber waren nett.

Es ist wirklich sehr einfach ausgestattet. Leider auch keine Fliegengitter im Fenster. Kaltes Wasser (nicht schlimm bei 28 grad) und leider weder Nachtischlampe noch Föhn. Natürlich hört man alles, sowohl aus den anderen Zimmern als auch von der Straße…und die Musik der benachbarten Lokale…

Ya es un lugar recurrente para nosotros, un pequeño hotelito con lo básico, muy cerca de la playa. Nos encanta, siempre volvemos. El trato del dueño es increíble, siempre dispuesto a ayudar. ¡Gracias!

No hay aire, no hay agua caliente, estuvimos batallando con la cerradura de la puerta, una noche tuvimos que dormir con la puerta sin el seguro puesto.
