Basic, does what it says on the tin if you want a night stop, but bare in mind the wifi is terrible

Comfortable clean room in the ideal location

Really the perfect location in Mazunte, couldn't chose a better spot. Lovely room, better than expected, comfortable and clean with a balcony overlooking the main road, ideal for people watching. Decent shared kitchen with everything we needed, and right on top of an incredible bakery, the best bread we have had in Mexico. Accomodating and flexible, very pleasant stay.

Water pressure not amazing but to be expected. A little pricey for what it is.

This was a great family friendly, centrally located, budget friendly hotel. We loved being right downtown in the heart of things! We didn't know it but there is a communal kitchen which would be super nice for longer stays (we only stayed one night). Everything was in good condition, clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. We didn't get a room with AC but there were plenty of fans! I'd definitely stay here again.

Nice affordable stay in Mazunte

Perfectly located in the town center and near the beach, it has parking and it’s pet friendly. Loved the filtered water station. Staff was nice and acomodating

Great staff but I would not stay again.

The staff at the property is great. Always ready to help and extremely nice. Great atmosfera among guests.

The room was missing basic things like a bedside table and a reading light, the shower is only cold water and the bathroom is missing basic things like a shower curtain and a towel hanger. The towels were not white and were really stained. One thing is a place without frills but this hotel is just missing things I find essential for comfort.

So great, we came back a week later!

We had the best experience at Casa H, all staff and especially Estela are super sweet and accommodating. The place is very clean and the rooms are spacious, some even with a big balcony. The internet works really well, we had no problems working from home. The location of Casa H is perfect, super close to nice coffee shops and the quiet Rinconcito beach. Highly recommended!

the location was perfect. the rooms are set back from the street so although you can here the day starting at 6am is still fairly quiet. the room was large and the staff kind. although no English at all. it was a really nice stay.

Basic but good

The owners were very friendly and also let us in before check in. There is drinking water for free. The location is perfect - in the middle of everything and close to the beach.

The bathroom was very basic (cold shower, some small ants, no mirror or place to leave your things). The matress was uncomfy. In the night it was very loud (music and traffic)

Location was good, close to the beach and the main streets.

Bathroom was below expectations. The shower had no hot water and very low pressure, the bathroom had mould in the corners and we were only provided with 1 towel (we were 3). Not good value for money

One night family stay in Mazunte.

The staff were very friendly and helpful and the location was excellent for beach access. We had a problem with the drains in one of the rooms but we're given a full refund the next day.

We had two rooms but could not use the shower in one of the rooms as there was a problem with the drainage system. It took a long time to sort out so my young son was late to bed and was bitten quite a lot by mosquitoes as the door was open while they pumped the water out.

Una estancia práctica y cómoda para disfrutar el corazón de Mazunte.

La ubicación es muy práctica, en el corazón de Mazunte y sin embargo con tranquilidad, de fácil acceso a todos los cafes, restaurantes y la playa. El personal amable y atento. Respondieron a nuestras necesidades en todo momento.

La habitación es austera, es cómoda pero no tiene en donde poner las maletas, burós, o algún colgador. Sin embargo hicimos algunas solicitudes para mejorar la estancia, pedimos un buró, pedimos cobijas extra, toallas y papel higiénico y siempre respondieron amablemente y nos dieron los que necesitábamos y resolvieron nuestras dudas. Sería lindo unas sillitas o mini salita para estar fuera del cuarto a manera de terraza en la entrada o parte del estacionamiento.

Primero llegue a una habitación solo con ventilador y no pude dormir por el calor. Cambie a una con a/c, y bien; pero en el baño olía mucho a drenaje.

Excelente servicio

Todo, está muy cerca de la playa, limpio, cómodo, cuenta con estacionamiento. No funcionó nuestro ventilador e inmediatamente nos cambiaron a una habitación con clima sin costo alguno. El personal muy amable.

Es un alojamiento tranquilo y bonito para descansar, está super céntrico, cerca de la playa y de la entrada a punta cometa. Muy recomendable.

Está justo en el corazón de Mazunte, todos los lugares de interés están casi en la puerta, los encargados son super amables.

Las instalaciones están bien, es un posada y no queda nadie que atienda de noche, aunque puedes llamar al encargado si necesitas algo, las habitaciones están muy pegadas y si tus vecinos son ruidosos es un poco molesto, las camas son muy incómodas y el estacionamiento es pequeño, está bien para pasar una noche o dos.

Las habitaciones son amplias y la ubicación es muy buena las camas son comodas y hay estacionamiento, la chica que atiende es amable,el agua de la regadera super bien hay ventilador pero no es suficiente...

Hace muchisimo calor en el cuarto sobre todo el que está al fondo, no basta con el ventilador deberían pensar en poner aire acondicionado solo pasamos una noche pero el calor no dejo descansar.
