Lovely Guesthouse close to Mazunte

Wonderful guesthouse close in a quiet street within 5 minutes walk to the centre of Mazunte. Rooms are spacious and clean, the beds comfortable, and the staff very kind and helpful. I can only recommend Casa Yoo Bigu and would be happy to stay again any time.

Rooms were smelly ah and moldy, shower wasnt clean and shower head was broken.

Basic room, no added values.

The place is ok for a couple of days, althought it is not well cared for and thus offers just the minimal services, is not very well located, still on walking distance of the main street and the beaches

The place is not well cared for, it looks a bit dirty. There was not warm water (ok it is hot outside, but sometimes one needs to have a warm shower). The ground floor rooms are not really safe. As it is hot one may let the balcony window open to let enter air, but the mosquito mesh is not secured and the room can easily be accessed from there, also the place has several entrances so not even need to pass by the reception to break in a room.

You get what you pay for, it was okay considering the price…

Great location. Towels provided.

Staff were grumpy. No drinking water in the morning. Shower had no pressure - it was a trickle, not enough to even wash sand off after the beach. The fan in the bedroom didn’t oscillate. Not like pictures. Doing lots of renovations so it was very noisy.

THE AIR CONDITIONING was PERFECT for this weather. The bed was comfortable and huge. The staff were friendly and offered filtered water. It was exactly what I needed for a weekend in Mazunte.

The location was a bit far from everything else but when the whole town is so tiny this isn't a big deal. The little patio was a little odd because it just looked at a wall, but whatever, just walk to the beach!

The room was clean, the facilities were great and the staff were friendly.

The room had a lot of little caterpillar type bugs that kept appearing no matter how many we got rid of. I think they came from under the door. They seemed harmless though and other than that the room was great. It was pretty expensive but so were all of the places in Mazunte.

Funcional, sacrifica comodidad.

La ubicación funcionó perfecto para mí, asistí a un retiro en Hridaya y me quedaba a 5 minutos caminando. Buena iluminación en la avenida principal, sensores de luz afuera del hotel, súper cerca de la esquina, no hay que subir tanto, muy cerca de buenos lugares para comer y de recomendaciones de Tiktok. Gran ubicación, buen espacio en las habitaciones. Ventialdor bien.

Los caminos a las habitaciones, aunque son cortos, tiene tramos donde no es posible rodar la maleta. En la habitación, el baño el baño es muy pequeño y tienen un problema de drenaje, el olor el pésimo e invade la habitación, sumado a la mala ventilación y la limpieza cuestionable del espacio. En ningún momento limpiaron mi habitación. Aunque pedí balcón, el balcón daba a la pared y no entraba el sol. Falta que las sábanas, cobertores y el espacio en general huela a limpio a la llegada. La cama y las almohadas, bastante incómodas; el colchón con huecos muy marcados, ya muy aguado y las almohadas muy escuetas, de mucho uso.

Muy buen lugar para alojarse

Está muy bonito el lugar, te dan lo necesario, papel, jabón y shampoo, la habitación está muy amplia y el lugar estaba muy limpio.

Esto no tiene que ver con ellos, pero para llegar tienes que caminar un sendero de unos 40 metros, está súper obscuro, aunque cuando llegas al lugar se enciende una Luz, de ahí en fuera no hay quejas.

Lugar que cumple con la relación precio-calidad

El lugar es agradable por fuera, en general la atención del personal era buena.

- Se pagó por 3 habitaciones con cama extragrande y solo nos asignaron 2 habitaciones así y una con cama matrimonial con el pretexto de que estaba lleno el hotel. -Todas las habitaciones fueron separadas, siendo que es para una familia creo que deberían ser cercanas por seguridad y prácticidad. -No había limpieza de las habitaciones a menos que se solicitará en la recepción, lo cual no nos explicaron al momento de hacer el check-in. -Les pedí la factura, la cual tampoco realizan en el hotel ya que dicen que eso depende de Booking.

La limpieza era regular: olía fatal, las paredes y aseo estaban sucias, en el suelo había pelos de huéspedes anteriores, y las sábanas se veían mal lavadas... Además cortaron el agua sin avisar por la mañana y tuvimos que salir sin ducharnos.

El horario de la recepción tal vez no es el más adecuado, además de que los implementos proporcionados para el baño (shampoo,papel y demás) son insuficientes de modo que debes estar pidiendo todos los días.
