It was only one night so having no coming area wasn’t bad but I won’t stay longer. Everything else was great.

Location was very central.

There was no parking but we managed to squeeze 2 bikes in at the gate. There was no common area to relax in other than the room.

Lovely Spot in Mazunte

The location was absolutely perfect - a stone's throw the beach. The staff were really lovely and let us check out a little later so that we had time for some last visits. The bed was very comfy and everything was very clean.

The only thing that was missing was hot water.

Best place to stay in Mazunte!

Staff are so friendly and helpful, especially around check in and arranging a generous late check out. Room was well appointed. I could hear the sea. The location is incredible.

Side lights by the bed for reading would have been helpful. Wed one and it wasn’t working (although I did not report that) It was tricky to get the air con right! Wonderfully effective, but we were all waking up in the night many times trying to adjust it.

Access to the beach, clean rooms, and safe venue makes this location a top pick for my wife and I.

Cleanliness of the room was top tier. The staff was friendly and even asked politely if we wanted our room clean in between the days that we were staying. Staff was also very helpful with getting my car parked at a safe location. Staff and host were extremely hospitality focused.

The door to the room requires you to double check to see if you secured it closed. I screwed up and left it open over night while we were there. The venue is super safe, though I apologize to the staff and host for making this mistake.

A gem of a place

Casa Ava was all we wished for. A simple beautiful room in a gorgeous house. It was quiet, comfortable, pristine and just lovely. I would go back in a heartbeat and really hope to do so. The staff was discreet yet were preceding our every needs. Suilma was corresponding via what’s app and we could reach her at any time. She was so kind and really helpful. It is very well located 5 mn walk from the beach where you can find restaurants for breakfast lunch and dinner.

Oasis in beautiful Mazunte

Such a beautiful, calm oasis in the middle of Mazunte. The Main Street in Mazunte can get quite noisy with music at night, but despite Casa Ava being so central, it's a lot quieter. Right by the beach, this is a perfect place to stay - we stayed a whole week. Plus the wifi worked, and apparently that's hard to find in Mazunte accommodation.

The sliding glass doors aren't fully soundproof so we occasionally heard people outside in the courtyard (and vice versa I assume!) but it was never a problem as everyone staying there was very respectful of one another.

The best place in Mazunte

The energy of this place is fantastic. The people working at the property are super friendly, they immediately made feel at home. Lovely people. As you can see in the map the location is outstanding in the center, but enough far away from all the noises and bars. At night its very quiet. What's more you are right in front of the beach. I loved the details of the hotel. Just amazing and I will definitely come back very soon.

Excepcional! WoooW!!!

My stay was exceptional. Here nature and the hotel fit together perfectly. The location is incredible. You don't have to make an effort walking up and down. Everything is nearby. On top of that its located in a quiet area. It is the perfect place to relax.

Magical place at the beach 😍

What I liked the most is that Casa AVA is in the very center of the village and in the same time only one step away from the beach. Whats more at night it is quite and silent. I loved falling asleep with the sound of the waves and crickets. Magical.

I felt at home ❤️🏠

This place is just amazing. You are just one step away from the beach and surrounded by all the atractions of Mazunte, as well as all the good restaurants and bar around. I was surprised how quiet it got after 11 PM, but its something normal in this magic village. Whats more I felt very at home here. The desks in the rooms allowed me to get some work done before I jumped into the sea to fresh up my mind. Definitely I am coming back!

Excelente lugar en Mazunte

La ubicación es genial ya que está muy cerca de la playa, así como de los principales negocios de comida y bares. El lugar es ideal para quienes buscan tranquilidad ya que a partir de las 11 pm ya no se puede hacer ruido.

La habitación podría estar al 100% si se colocara puerta en baño.

Ubicación de 10, a 1 calle de la playa. Muchos restaurantes cerca, el personal que apoyaba con estacionamiento muy atento. Cuarto limpio y espacioso.

Personalmente sólo que la gente empieza a tener actividades muy temprano por lo que se hace mucho ruido de la calle y recámaras vecinas desde las 6am

La habitación en sí, el complejo en el que se encuentra y la ubicación del lugar son una maravilla. La playa a menos de cinco minutos y un montón de resutarurantes, tiendas y cafeterías alrededor. Por lo general es un lugar muy agradable.

El aislamiento de la habitación es bastante pobre. Aunque la puerta de entrada se bloquea, no se cierra por completo, lo que hace que tanto el ruido como los insectos de fuera se cuelen indiscriminadamente. Hay que tener cuidado con las maletas en el suelo, ya que es fácil que se llenen de hormigas.

Espectacular la cercanía a la playa, la seguridad de la casa y la cercanía de locales/ restaurantes

Son casitas/ dormitorios privados con estilo de "cabañas modernas", dentro de un complejo muy bello, prolijo y, sobre todo, seguro. La atención de la encargada fue EXCELENTE. Está a metros del mar. Fui sola y me sentí muy cómoda, ¡Volvería sin dudarlo!

Solo como sugerencia, colocar algún burlete (aunque las puertas son corredizas) o alguna protección para evitar que entren insectos por la puerta de las habitaciones.

Súper buena ubicación, a unos pasos de rinconada y de punta cometa, al igual a la vuelta encuentran la gran mayoría de lugares para comer a cualquier hora del día

Para mí no fue incómodo pues viajé sola pero el baño no cuenta con puerta solo cortina, tal vez si vas con amigos sea un poco incómodo pero de ahi en fuera excelente

L'emplacement est idéal. A 3 minutes des 2 plages. Le personnel est très serviable. Résidence calme, le matin un peu de bruit venant de la rue principale...

Décoration vieillotte, manquait 1 chaise pour que les 2 personnes puissent s'asseoir. Salle de bain petite et vieille. Pas de verre dans la salle de bain et peu de rangement. Débit d'eau ridicule! Les chambres du bas sont plus sympas

Viaje sola, me lesioné un pie durante la estancia. El personal me ayudó muchísimo con todo dada la situación. Estuvieron pendientes de ayudarme con maleta y pedirme taxis para los traslados. Encantadores y muy fácil acceso y ubicación pegada a la playa. La habitación estaba super limpia

Mi lugar favorito en Mazunte

Aquí me sentí literalmente en Casa. Los acabados están preciosos. Me encantó el patio interior y la privacidad. El acceso a la propiedad es mediante una cerradura inteligente y eso me dio aún más seguridad. Cada espacio es diferente. El aire acondicionado fue un extra de lujo y la ubicación es impecable. A un lado del mar y en medio del manglar.
