Clean and spacious rooms. Road to hotel is not nice for driving.

The room for 5 people was spacious and clean. The location is about 5 minutes walking to the main road in Mazunte so perfect. The terrace is also nice and spacious. WiFi worked fine for leisure usage and tv had Netflix to connect your account.

The roads driving to the hotel are rough. This should be made clear to guests and some guidance on how to arrive from behind the hotel. Walking is fine even the roads are not nice but some like my friends may find the road too rough. The towels are also pretty rough and the water pressure is very weak. Not a dealbreaker but would make the stay better.

I thought there would be A/C and there wasn't. Shower head is clogged, causing very low pressure and drain is clogged, causing standing water

Nos gustó mucho la vista, la habitación colibrí es ideal para una familia grande

Rentamos dos habitaciones más que olían demasiado a humedad, nos encontramos dos alacranes, muchas telarañas, las toallas olian a orina, la red de Internet deficiente, el sky no era nada amigable y sobre todo el acceso al hotel es una subida de terracota, misma que el vehículo que teníamos no pudo subir se atasco, si van personas de la tercera edad con muchísima dificultad y ayuda extrema logran subir

Me gusto mucho la atención que me brindaron. Hubo un momento en que me dolió la garganta y la señora súper amable me brindó atención. Siempre estuvo al pendiente de las necesidades de mi familia. El lugar es cómodo. Siempre limpio. Lo recomiendo.

El lugar es cómodo y acogedor, cumple totalmente con las características que menciona, las habitaciones son cómodas y cuentan con lo necesario para poder estar cómodo. La atención del persona es excepcional, muy amables y comparten información relevante para realizar actividades si no llevas plan. Para llegar más rápido al hotel , es mejor contáctarlos ya que maps te manda por una ruta más larga. También tiene varios atajos para llegar más rápido, la vista al mar 10/10.

Δεν θα το πρότεινα!

Το δωμάτιο ήταν ευρύχωρο και καθαρό. Η ταράτσα πολύ ευχάριστη, με καλή θέα.

Ο δρομος που οδηγεί στο ξενοδοχείο από τον κεντρικό δρόμο του Mazunte, που μας αφήνει το λεωφορείο, είναι χωματόδρομος, ανηφορικός, σε πολύ κακή κατάσταση με αποτέλεσμα να μη πηγαίνουν τα ταξί. Η πληροφορία αυτή δεν υπήρχε στο site. Ενώ στην άφιξη ήρθε με αυτοκίνητο και μας πήρε, στην αναχώρηση μας πρότεινε ταξί,το οποίο δεν ερχόταν και αναγκαστηκαμε να κατέβουμε με τα πόδια, σέρνοντας στον χωματόδρομο 2 βαλίτσες και στην πλάτη τα σακίδια. Ενα αυτοκίνητο θα το εκσνε σε 5 λεπτά. Η υπεύθυνη ήταν εκεί, της το ζητήσαμε, προτείναμε να πληρώσουμε τη μεταφορά και αρνήθηκε. Γενικά δεν ήταν πρόθυμη και βοηθητική. Τέλος, σ ένα θερινό κατάλυμα θα έπρεπε να υπάρχει ψυγείο μέσα στο δωμάτιο. Δεν υπήρχε ούτε μια κρεμάστρα και οι λάμπες χαλασμένες.

La vista es increíble.. y la persona encargada es muy amable.. tiene un espacio para asar carne.. y estacionamiento .. muy buen lugar

Lamentablemente no tuvimos aire acondicionado ninguna de las dos recamaras que estuve.. recuerdo que el la reseña de la habilitación si se ofrece el.aire acondicionado.. solo eso
