Spacious, informal and central

Location was perfect; close to to shops, bars and restaurants. My room was spacious, clean and comfortable and there are useful facilities like a free water fountain, and places to hang clothes to dry after being at the beach.

The reviews about the noises in the local area are pretty accurate; the roosters, barking dogs and a late night bar next door are all quite lively, so if you're a light sleeper you'll want ear plugs. Hot water seemed a bit intermittent, and I never met anyone I could tell worked there - but then Mazunte is a pretty informal and laid back place anyway :)

A dream !

Finally someone has understood that in 2025 we're all on our smartphones), the wonderful father and son team who are fixing up the property and who gave me great suggestions for everything, the strong wifi, free water and espresso machine. 7 min. pleasant walk to the beach, great restaurants around the corner, quiet AC and fan. .

The neighbour's rooster but there is a certain charm in that kind of sound for the most part.

I really liked it here and think it is a good choice for a quick trip to Mazunte.

Staff were excellent and the property is lovely and clean. The location is close to everything a person needs.

I would like to have had a few more things in the kitchen… like good knives. I also prefer softer pillows. There is a lot of noise here.. The landlord and neighbours are trying to deal with late night loud music.

Comfortable stay in Mazunte

When I arrived there were no other guests, so they let me choose the room. I chose the only room with an attached bathroom. The AC was really nice and needed in the Mazunte heat. The bed was huge and comfy! The shower water never got hot but it's fine since it's so hot there. The host was always nearby to offer fresh towels or toilet paper.

The payment was through bank transfer(mexican account) or cash. I chose this place partly because I thought I could pay by credit card so it was annoying that I had to take out cash to pay. There was no filtered water so I had to go out to buy some which was fine.

Séjour parfait

Tout! Le propriétaire est super gentil, les chambres sont grandes et propres, le lit est tres grand. Il y a la climatisation et un ventilateur ainsi qu’un petit frigo dans la chambre. Tout est super propre! L’hôtel est bien placé et au calme. Je recommande sans hésiter!! Si je reviens à Mazunte c’est sûr que je reviendrais ici ☺️

Sehr schön für ruhige Tage in Mazunte

Man wohnt mit der Familie zusammen im Haus, alle sind super nett! Das Zimmer war genau wie auf den Bildern, sehr sauber, geräumig, schlicht aber funktional eingerichtet. Kaffee, Tee, Wasser ist dabei. Bett war super bequem. Sehr ruhig, man hört nur die Straße etwas und den Hahn Krähen. Da mein Bus erst abends fuhr, durfte ich den Tag noch auf dem Gelände verbringen und sogar noch mal duschen vor Abreise. Sehr lieb.

Ein Ort um draußen zu verweilen wäre noch super. Momentan gibts nur den Tisch mit Stühlen im Hof (allerdings wird auch noch gebaut, vielleicht ergibt sich noch etwas). Mein Zimmer hatte nur kaltes Wasser im Bad (kein Problem, aber war so nicht ersichtlich). Vl lohnt es sich, nach Warmwasser zu fragen.
