The hotel is beautiful. Artistic. Rooms are well designed. Staff is friendly. The room was very clean.
On a noisy road. The rooms are not sealed, so lots of mosquitoes got in. Needs mosquito netting on the beds. Is convenient for short-term stays.

Nothing. We found our stay very comfortable.

We really liked the newly constructed grey cement room. It was on the ground level, cool and comfortable, and our car was conveniently parked nearby in their enclosed parking area. They display original art everywhere; it's a great vibe. The location is great, we could walk everywhere within 10 mins. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. We love Mazunte. Besides the great beaches, we loved that we could go out for dinner, listen to live music, and safely walk around at night. We will definitely stay at Hotel Pochote Mazunte again.

Beautiful room. Large with large balcony. King bed. Comfy. Nice staff. Cage in lobby. Art gallery pop up for Jazz Fest. Interior courtyard was comfortable and lively.
It was VERY loud. Hard to sleep. Mainly because close proximity to Jazz Fest but also lots of busy traffic and budy restaurants just beneath the balcony. (advantage to having that busy restaurant is it's delicious and open late) Meaning convert when you're late night hungry but just loud when you are not. I do believe the tradeoff is worth it. I'll go back.

Unique decore!
No bathroom near toilet , had to walk out of bathroom to other side of bed to wash hands. No privacy while in restroom.

Nice building with a small shaded courtyard. Rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. Bathroom, aircon and WiFi was working well. We appreciated the on-site cafe for breakfast. Great location, just a few minutes walk to Playa Mazunte and Rinconcito.
Our balcony room got a lot of noise from the jumping taqueria across the street each evening until 1am. We kinda enjoyed the music but it made it hard to fall asleep. It's worth noting that the courtyard-facing room the other part of our group stayed in was much quieter.

The airco was good, the room is large and spacious. Location is fine. Bed was fine.
It's one large room and the toilet only has a shower curtain... no door. Kind of weird.
No mini fridge. No tea or coffee facilities. No TV.

Great spot, right in town. Clean and comfortable. Random but cool art!
Just the noise at night for the rooms along the road. There were earplugs but still the noise was pretty loud.

Beautiful and very spacy room. Bed was huge and comfortable.
Quite noisy because of the traffic on the main street.

Huge rooms, comfortable bed, great central location, nice courtyard area. Really impressed, I think this is way better than Posadas a few metres closer to the water in the same price range. Staff were really helpful too. Highly recommended.
Nothing. Free water would be great but can't be expected

beautiful rooms, cool art, good shower
the roof leaked so badly due to rain it was basically raining inside the room. also the couple next door were having sex for hours and I heard everything. the hotel walls are not soundproof at all

it’s a very large room, vaulted ceilings. bathroom & shower had doors. very clean. ac was awesome. wifi worked 9/10 times and was strong enough to stream videos & upload pictures. staff doesn’t speak English but would google translate. this was the nicest looking room I staying in …… but! see below!!!
there is no common area except paid restaurant. (I think it was damaged in hurricane or cyclone as court yard is mud). The noise! fine road traffic is one thing, and construction I can ignore with ear plugs. but if you like to nap or sleep before midnight this is not the place for you. there is a taco place across the street that Blasts ridiculously loud music until midnight every.single.night. unless you’re deaf or noising cancelling headphones it’s brutal. even with ear plus. this was the most expensive place I stayed in Mexico so far, definitely beautiful but not worth $88/night for someone who likes to sleep at 9pm so I can wake up and beach before everyone else arrives.
