The location of the property is very good and close to the beach, which was definitely the highlight of the stay. From the room, there was also a sea view, which was nice and added to the overall atmosphere.

Unfortunately, there were several points that need improvement. The room did not appear to be properly cleaned upon arrival. During the entire stay (8 days), no housekeeping service was provided. The room became very warm during the day as the sun was shining in constantly, and only two fans were available, which were not sufficient to cool the space properly. At one point, there was no water available, which was especially inconvenient given the hot weather. There were insects in the room, including termites and ants, and even geckos inside. Overall, it seemed that the room had not been properly maintained or repaired. The bathroom is separated from the bedroom only by a half-height wall, which may not be comfortable for everyone. Communication with the owner was initially possible but later became difficult, as messages were not answered. A refund or cancellation option was unfortunately not available. Overall, it may be manageable for a short one-night stay, but I would not recommend it for a longer visit. In my opinion, the price-performance ratio does not match the overall quality and condition of the accommodation.

The hotel is not a hotel, it’s a hostal. A not so friendly hostal. But close to everything.

The room was very basic but had just what you needed to get along. I liked tbat there were two fans and there was mosquito netting over the bed.

The bed was extremely uncomfortable. I would not recommend for anyone over the age of 30. There is very weak water pressure and no hot water, but that is ok because it’s hot. But the common areas were not clean and it didn’t feel welcoming. After two weeks there, I started to get to know people a little bit but more of an effort at customer service and perhaps community building would be nice, since it is really more like a hostal than a hotel. And if it is a hostal, theee should be a community kitchen. Also, the hotel says ocean view but there is no ocean view.

Nice staff but no water.

The staff was nice and refunded my money for one night’s stay.

They ran out of water, apparently. I was told there wouldn’t be water until the following day. All the other hotels in the area had water. Not sure what happened with this one. But in 95 degree heat, with no AC, plus the beach and hiking it is necessary to take a shower when one is paying for accommodations. I think a bed and water are minimum requirements.

Way too hot (end July), one fan was not enough, a lot of mosquitoes that kept us up all night- no mosquito net/ candles/ incense sticks against the mosquitoes, so unfortunately no good sleep at all

loved mazunte and this stay!

The location was perfect, right by the beach. The staff were so friendly and accommodating. The room/bathrooms were clean and the bed was comfortable. Granted it was HOT and there was no AC, but the location and staff were so kind it makes it worthwhile.

could have used an extra fan or AC or something. went there in June and it was HOT AND HUMID.

Location right at the beach, free water, hammocks, friendly staff

Rooms are very hot and did not have screens on all the windows so your options are to bare the heat or allow bugs to come in during the night while the window is open and stay a little cooler. Our room was still occupied when we arrived and we had to switch rooms. They refunded the difference but it was an inconvenience.

Pleasant

The location was perfect - super close to the beach and the main street with the shops/restaurants. We stayed in a double room with an ensuite bathroom which was very clean and spacious.

The drain in the shower didn't work properly which caused a puddle in the bathroom. One night, the shower wouldn't stop dripping and we woke up to a puddle in the room as well. They addressed the issue when we told them and moved us to another room. The rooms had limited airflow given the design, which is a shame considering the heat and proximity to the beach.

Honte ou scandale : remettez-vous en question, les gérants !!

Rien ! Si cen'est la proximité de la plage et un petit bar sympa juste à côté, mais n'appartenant pas à l'hôtel.

Hallucinant. 44 euros la nuit (ce qui fait en pouvoir d'achat le double en France) pour ça. Imaginez, l'entrée est un terrain vague qui sert je crois à garer quelques voitures. Il fait une chaleur à crever, il y a des ventilateurs dans toutes les chambres sauf la mienne. Je vais à la réception pour en avoir un, une jolie jeune fille m'écoute, elle s'ennuie à mourir car elle n'a aucun travail, et me passe les clés d'une chambre à côté pour que j'en récupère un moi-même... J'imagine qu'elle ne voulait pas se fouler une cheville en montant l'escalier ? Le robinet du lavabo ne tient pas, il faut le tenir d'une main pour le tourner de l'autre. La douche ? un filet d'un litre par minute, froide (mais en janvier pas de problème) Et qu'y a t il devant un lavabo dans 98 % des cas ? Un miroir. Là, rien, pas un dans toute la chambre. Et en 3 jours, pas une discussion avec la réception. Je donne pourtant très souvent des avis positifs, mais là, désolé. Un hôtel comme cela en France ne tiendrait pas un an. Ici, à Mazunte, il grappille parfois quelques personnes comme moi car c'était plein ailleurs. Alors qu'en fait, il y a dans Mazunte 10 x plus de logements que sur Booking ou Travelword, car les petits n'ont pas d'argent ou l'idée de prendre des photos. En 10 minutes, je suis sûr que même en pleine saison, on se loge pour 250 à 400 pesos par jour très facilement pour une personne seule. A part ça, les vibes sont bonnes à Mazunte, mais pas dans cet hôtel.

Kalte Dusche ohne Wasserdruck. Unsichtbares Personal, bei sporadischem Auftauchen ausschließlich spanisch sprechend. Bei Abreise haben wir einen Zettel auf Spanisch überreicht, mit der Bitte um eine Taxibestellung, Konnten uns nur Telefonnummern aufschreiben. Preis Leistung absolut negativ! Waren in der Weihnachtszeit dort und hatten uns um 130 € pro Nacht ein Hotel gebucht!

Lo positivo que tiene es la ubicación, y las camas son relativamente cómodas, el ventilador es buena, todo lo demás fue muy decepcionante, incómodo, sucio y para nada coincidían las fotos con la realidad y un precio muy alto por lo que ofrecen. No había agua caliente.

Realmente fue muy decepcionante este hospedaje. Lo venden como un hotel y realmente es un hostal, no hay agua caliente, está lleno de hormigas e insectos, no está limpio, es muy caluroso, no hay ni agua caliente. Lo que más me molestó fue que las fotos no concuerdan con la realidad y está muy caro para lo que es, se cobró como un hotel de 3-4 estrellas y es un hostal que apenas ofrece lo mínimo para una estancia cómoda.

Todo! En el cuarto se escucha todo de las habitaciones que estan en el mismo piso, desde parejas cariñosas hasta conflictos familiares, eso además de las fiestas del pueblo o villa.

Mauvaise expérience

Hôtel très bien située au bout d'une rue tranquille à 2 pas du centre et de la plage. Le personnel a été très serviable à part peut être qu'on aurait pu m'informer que la chambre que j'ai choisis était comme un four le soir...

La chambre avec une fenêtre qui donne sur la mer m'avait semblée intéressante mais la chaleur y est excessive le soir venu, ce qui la rend vraiment inconfortable et l'air n'y circule pas! Puis la douche ne fournit que quelques fins filets d'eau puis finalement à mon deuxième soir le wifi ne fonctionnait plus. Et pour finir y'a un groupe de 3 ou 4 tourisme qui sont rentrés vers 23 hrs en discutant et en rigolant très fort comme s'ils étaient encore au bar... Ouin je peux résumé ça en fin de compte par une très mauvaise expérience...je j'y retournerai pas!

Ostello in ottima posizione, bello soprattutto per la vista e l'atmosfera rilassata

La vista sull'oceano e la stanza essenziale ma comoda è quello di cui avevamo bisogno. Posto ideale per rilassarsi e godere dell'atmosfera di Mazunte.

Inizialmente abbiamo trovato la stanza sporca ma dopo una sollecitazione abbiamo ricevuto il servizio pulizia ed è stato ottimale. Servirebbe una cucina o uno spazio comune dove usare un frigo e un fornello.

La cercanía a la playa es lo único rescatable

Llegamos y no tenían mi reserva a pesar de haberla hecho con un mes de anticipación, había pedido habitación con vista al mar y me dieron la que pudieron conseguir, no nos dieron ni lo mínimo de productos de aseo personal (shampoo, jabón) porque "no tenían", no había toallas de baño, las tuvimos que pedir y las dieron de mala gana

Lindo lugar en hermosa ubicación

La ubicación es perfecta. A pasos de la playa y la calle principal. Las habitaciones están bien, los baños tienen poca privacidad y solo hay ventilador, pero se pasa bien. Pedí un cambio de habitación para tener un lugar con patio y me cambiaron sin problema. Todo muy bien

Ubicación. Se encuentra muy cerca de la playa. Ambiente familiar, silencio en las noches. El personal muy amable y atento.

Las dos redes wi-fi nunca funcionaron, la señal de at&t es débil y lenta, la de movistar inexistente, para que estén prevenidos. No vaciaron la basura del bote.
