A great place to stay with exceptional hospitality

This apartment exceeded all expectations and truly deserves 10+. We couldn't have asked for a better base for enjoying the beautiful city of Tours. Being steps away from the train station and the historic Vieux Tours, we were immersed in the city's vibrant atmosphere. Everything was accessible on foot: charming local bakeries, world-class restaurants, the main shopping streets, and the stunning Cathédrale Saint-Gatien. The neighborhood felt safe. The apartment is well designed and furnished with immense care and attention to detail. Everything has been thoughtfully designed and provided for the comfort of the guests, it is the small things that make the difference. The bedding was hotel-quality, ensuring a fantastic night's sleep, and the modern bathroom featured powerful water pressure and high-quality fixtures. Importantly, the Wi-Fi was fast and reliable. The best part of this apartment is the host herself, Ghenwa is the sweetest and perfect SUPER host.

An utter gem of an apartment.

Great location close to the train station and also easy walking distance to the town centre. It is such a lovely apartment with all the facilities you could possibly need. Great shower and lots of fluffy towels as well as a very comfortable bed.

The perfect base for exploring Tours and the surrounding region, and we’d happily stay again.

We loved our stay here! The location couldn’t have been better - just a couple of minutes from the station and the tourist information centre, where we joined a wine tasting tour. Place Plumereau and the old town are an easy 10 minute stroll, and our favourite spot, the riverside bar La Guinguette, was only about 15 minutes away on foot. We also rented bikes nearby and had a wonderful ride along the Cher cycle path. Plus, the tram stop is less than 5 minutes away, making it super easy to get around and reach both the Loire and Cher rivers. The apartment itself was lovely - spacious, well equipped, and really comfortable. The bed was so cozy we joked about taking it home with us! It was the perfect base for exploring Tours and the surrounding region, and we’d happily stay again.

Convenient and comfortable

Close to the station , this apartment is beautifully appointed. Spacious and full of light with a kitchen that allows you to cook if needed. Ghenwa was fantastic, keeping in contact with us and offering luggage assistance up the tricky stairs. We took up this helpful service as I had injured my knee and stairs are very difficult. We will definitely stay here again. Merci beaucoup.

Lovely apartment and the owner, Ghenwa, was wonderful and very helpful. She carried our luggage up the stairs which we couldn’t manage and came back at checkout to take the luggage back downstairs.

The stairs - I hadn’t realised there was no lift. Ghenwa was really good with this

Perfectly clean, beautiful decorated, it has everything you can need in a house. All the details were thought by the owner.

Recommande fortement pour un séjour tout confort dans une zone ni trop proche ni trop éloigné du centre de Tour

L’appartement est décoré avec très bon goûts, l’accès est très facile et se garer n’est pas trop compliqué mêmes s’il faut s’éloigner un peu tout de même. Tout est présent dans le gîte pour une escale réussie! Et cela va des sanitaires avec les serviettes et des produits de qualité, à la chambres à coucher avec de quoi contenter tout le monde en terme de confort plaids/multiples coussin…. Et passant par la cuisine ou tout est présent pour vous permettre de réaliser de bon plats! Je recommande fortement !

La seule chose qui pourrait déranger est que pour ceux qui ne peuvent dormir que dans le noir complet, les fenêtres se trouve au niveau des lampadaires de la rue, il y fait donc toujours un peu clair !

Mon séjour dans cet appartement a été tout simplement fabuleux. L’emplacement est idéal, l’appartement est impeccable et parfaitement équipé. Le contact avec le propriétaire a été excellent : disponible, chaleureux et très professionnel.

十分優秀的住宿！離車站很近、週邊機能好，晚上很安靜遇到問題主人也會很迅速回應裝潢很漂亮、床也很舒適，清掃乾淨，傢俱和廚房器具應有儘有還有自動洗碗機和洗衣機、膠囊咖啡機。雖然須走樓梯，但旅宿主人可以協助將行李搬上樓在這裡住了兩晚十分滿意，如會再到這個城市，這將會是我的首選

Die Lage ist sehr gut und zentral, die Wohnung perfekt ausgestattet (auch für einen längeren Aufenthalt geeignet) und sauber, die Kommunikation war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit! Volle Empfehlung!

Im Wohnzimmer hört man die Straße, im Schlafzimmer hat es uns nicht gestört.
