Horrible experience. The construction noise. The customer service was bad too. Very disappointed.

I liked the location, and the apartment itself was very spacious and comfortable.

I did not like that: - Upon arrival, the code to enter the building did not work. We called the after-hours number numerous times, and no one answered. Finally, someone who lived in the building opened the door, and we were able to get in. - We were woken up every day by a LOUD jackhammer-sounding CONSTRUCTION noise that went on off and on throughout the whole day. - I communicated the next morning about the noise and spent several hrs during our stay going back and forth with them. They did try to move us to a different location, but it was in an area I did not like. I specifically booked an apartment in the Marais area and wanted to stay in this area. - The TV didn’t work when we got there (they did have someone take care of it) - The shower in the bathroom at the end of the hallway was clogged, and the water was overflowing when I tried to take a shower. The sink in the bathroom that was connected to one of the bedrooms was draining very slowly and was also clogged. (They did have someone come and fix it, but this was an inconvenience and one more thing to have to deal with on vacation) - The company did not focus on customer service and reimburse me a minimum of 50% due to these issues. They reimbursed me 30% for 2 nights of the visit - horrible.

Location, clean, well equipped

Cracking floor was a bother since we had to move so carefully, even though we were two mature people without children the kat cannot be advertised as « lumineux ». The relationships with conciergerie was not satisfactory at all. The payment of the deposit was a hassle, took half a day, twenty messages at least and extremely stressful

A beautiful place in the perfect location to explore the city and enjoy the walks along the Loire river. Nice coffee shops, restaurants and shops are in walking distance. All the equipment you need is there. Highly recommended!!!

tight-space kitchen / toilet / bathroom Squeaky hall floorboards - they really need to be replaced Uncomfortably hot on warm days but that's universal to all older AirBB in Europe perhaps

Spacious, but basic/average accommodation

Good size of the apartment and good locations closer to Chateau, Cathedral and various restaurants.

Communication with host was a mix of English and French, which wasn't expected and created a few miscommunications. The apartment looks good on pictures, but when you look closely it's done in very basic way. When we arrived there was still some laundry going on in the apartment. Bed was just okey, not very much comfrotable. Check out process with quite long with a checklist of expectations from guests. I was hoping for more as it could be a really good place in Tours, while it's more like average.

Logement idéalement situé et très propre. Multiprise usb à disposition. Hôte sympathique et réactif.

Le manque de ventilation de la salle de bain et sa taille, de même pour la cuisine. Le parquet craque énormément ce qui gêne la nuit.
