Great location. Diificult to navigate.

Location is in the oldest part of Tours. Pleasant surroundings.

More information should be provided in advance. The room was at the top of 3 flights of stairs in a 13th centurary building. Few instructions -- no directions on the expresso machine. It is not possible to drive to the entrance of the building. You must walk at least 2-3 blocks for parking and ask taxis to meet you 2=3 blocks from the door. Carpet in the living room was dirty.

Wonderful Airbnb! Don’t miss out!

The location was great, however it is quite noisy at night.

The bed wasn’t great but the apartment is very clean, cute and modern. Even with the bed being a little rough on my back I would stay again! They had extra towels, pillows and linens! We didn’t cook but the kitchen was stocked and even had a list of restaurants to try locally. One of the best Airbnb’s I’ve stayed at. Even gave us an option if we got there early we could store luggage in the restaurant below us. We used that for check out. Owner was super polite, kind and helpful!

Beautiful place to stay with everything you need and more.

The property had everything we needed, including a free bottle of bubbles (as long as we solved a puzzle), Bluetooth speaker, games and all the usual kitchen stuff :)

Perfect location in a beautiful square

During 100 degree weather it was a treat to have air conditioning! There were also double paned windows so the very busy square beneath us allowed us to sleep comfortably without hearing the crowds below. The apartment was very comfortable.

Perfect and very comfortable stay in the heart of Old Tours

Perfect location, very well appointed with everything you need. Light, bright and modern inside but with an old world charm. Great communication from the host

Enjoyable stay in Tours

Location in the old town. Good windows. Bedroom in the back, so quiet at night. Lovely garden, remnant of old church site from the bedroom window. Door code check-in and keyless system. Good security. Great shower and bathroom renovation. Living area very bright with nice curtains. Washer worked well.

The stairs are a bit rickety (very old, sloped and creaky). As mentioned in other reviews - no tea towel for drying dishes and no soap for laundry. None of these issues stopped us from really enjoying the apartment.

The location was perfect right on the very lively square. The windows were well so well insulated that you did not hear any noise from the square!!

Appartement très propre et confortable en hyper centre

Emplacement au top, pour profiter du centre ville et du vieux Tours. L'appartement est parfait pour un couple, il est aménagé avec goûts et d'une propreté irréprochable. Le stationnement au parking public Anatole France permet au véhicule d'être sécurisé pour environ 12 €/jour. Très bonne adresse à conseiller.

Sejour de 3 jours difficiles

Le logement est très bien décoré, avec une décoration soignée et harmonieuse que j’ai beaucoup appréciée. Il est spacieux, lumineux et vraiment agréable à vivre. On s’y sent bien dès l’arrivée.

1- Ne pas avoir etevinformé qu'il est auv3eme etage sas ascenceur. 2- Le logement est très mal insonorisé et les nuisances sonores sont importantes. On entend fortement la cage d’escalier ainsi que les bars situés en dessous. Le bruit est présent jusqu’à environ 1h du matin. Les activités extérieures et le nettoyage des terrasses reprennent dès 6h. L’appartement est situé juste au-dessus d’un bar. Le bar a une porte dans la cage d'escalier. 3- L’accès au logement se fait par un porche non éclairé. La cage d’escalier est en très mauvais état.

Emplacement au top ! Accessibilité pratique grâce au digicode. Literie confortable, même le canapé ! Salle de bain neuve mais manque d'aération.

Beaucoup de bruit le matin quand les cafés installent leurs terrasses (bien pire que le monde du soir en terrasse). La porte d'entrée n'est pas insonorisée et il y'a beaucoup de bruit (alors que les fenêtres sont top !). Pas adapté aux grasses matinées en fait :)

Évidemment l’emplacement c’est le point le plus génial de tous mais l’appartement en lui-même était super agréable. Nous avons vraiment bien dormi et tout en étant en plein centre, le quartier était très calme.

Si je chipote un peu, j’aurais aimé du sucre avec le café. Mais c’est vraiment le seul truc qui m’a fait défaut. Après il y avait un café juste au rez de chaussée donc problème rapidement réglé ;)

Tours è bellissima ,ha tanti magnifici posti da visitare tra città e castelli.

Camera e soggiorno veramente confortevoli, ambienti ben riscaldati, c’è tutto ciò che serve, un ottima veduta su entrambi i lati della struttura.

Mi sarebbe piaciuta una luce sul portone principale esterno , per il rientro notturno.

Un appartement idéal pour le tourisme centre ville

L'appartement est bien agencé et agréable à vivre (sauf si vous souhaitez le calme complet). La vue du salon sur la place Plumereau et la vue de la chambre sur un espace vert sont charmantes. Lit confortable. Salle de bain et toilettes séparées. Luminosité. Facilité d'ouverture et fermeture du logement.

L'équipement de la cuisine est un peu juste pour cuisiner. Il manque assurément d'une poêle grand format en bon état, un récipient type théière et un four autre que four micro-onde.

De locatie is super! Maar ook de inrichting! Comfortabel, mooi en zeer sfeervol! Van alle gemakken voorzien! Alhoewel je midden in de stad aan het meest toeristische plein van Tours hadden we totaal geen last van het nachtelijk uitgaansleven. Heel goed te doen met z’n 4-en!

L'appartement est moderne et offre toutes les commodités souhaitées. Les détails étaient très appréciés (lave-linge, dosettes de café, serviettes, liquide vaisselle, etc.). La vue sur le vieux Tours est magnifique. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour.

Vraiment pour dire quelque chose : la cafetière était entartrée, mais nous l'avons réglée avec quelques cycles de nettoyage... un détail.

Séjour agréable dans un quartier très animé en coeur de ville.

L'emplacement idéal de l'appartement pour visiter le centre ville et profiter des nombreux terrasses et restaurants alentours. La déco du logement.

Les communs de l'immeuble sont à restaurer d'urgence ! Logement pas recommandé pour des personnes ayant des difficultés à se déplacer ou sensibles au bruit. Pas de bouilloire pour le thé du matin !

Bien situado pero el resto regular

El apartamento está en pleno centro, rodeado de bares, aunque la habitación da a la parte trasera y se oye menos ruido, fue inevitable que a la 1 am el personal del pub hablara a voces e hiciera mucho ruido recogiendo y tirando botellas de cristal... En la mesa del salón hay una libreta con información de Tours, se agradeció. Es un segundo piso sin ascensor, con un portal un tanto dejado y que te da muy mal aspecto (la puerta de entrada está medio rota...bastante mal). Las escaleras de acceso son complicadas si vas con maletas grandes/niños pequeños/carro. El piso tenía zonas algo sucias (suelo, sofá). Por ejemplo, el estropajo debería de cambiarse por cada usuario que va... Cuestión de higiene. Una semana antes de ir contacté con el anfitrión y no me contestó, resolví mi duda por mi misma. Esperaba bastante más, por el precio y las fotos y mejor que arreglen ese portal, ¡daban ganas de darse media vuelta y buscar un hotel!
