Big clean place for the family and group of people

It would be very nice to find a coffee capsules because I couldn’t find where to buy this type of capsules.

Het slot deed het niet alsmede de koffiemachine diende ontkalkt te worden, daardoor konden we geen koffie zetten.

Appartamento ampio e pulito (a parte i cuscini del divano che erano molto sporchi), ristrutturato da poco. Cucina nuova e ben attrezzata. Bagno OK. Ottima posizione per visitare il centro di Tours. Parcheggio in strada gratuito nei dintorni. Facile accesso con la cassetta delle chiavi. Direi che un bel 8 ci sta tutto ... allora vi chiederete perché ho dato 1 come voto (se avessi potuto avrei dato 0)? Perché lo staff/gestore è truffaldino (per non dire di peggio)!!! 3 giorni dopo aver lasciato l'appartamento mi è arrivata una mail dove mi chiedevano 250€ per danni causati all'appartamento, la motivazione riportava: "Gli infissi in legno sono stati strappati via e gli inquilini hanno fumato nell'appartamento quando è espressamente vietato dal nostro regolamento." Ho ribattuto dicendo che: 1-Non appena entri in appartamento per le pulizie (il check-out era alle 11) e vedi una cosa del genere con "le finestre strappate via" ... mi chiami (hai il mio numero, mi hai scritto fino la sera prima per le modalità di ingresso/uscita), non mi mi mandi una mail dopo 3 giorni dal check-out. 2-Ho chiesto delle foto a dimostrazione di ciò (mai ricevute). 3-Nessuno di noi fuma, sfido a dimostrare il contrario. 4-Ho quasi 90 pernottamenti con Booking, mai avuto un problema con nessuno in nessuna parte del mondo. Ho poi contattato il servizio assistenza di Booking a cui ho spiegato le cose di cui sopra, mi hanno tranquillizzato e detto di rifiutare la richiesta di pagamento, ho pure segnalato le pseudo-truffa. Mai successo nulla del genere in tanti anni che viaggio.

L'ingresso esterno dell'edificio e il corridoio di accesso all'appartamento, non danno l'impressione di sicurezza. L'accesso al primo piano avviene tramite una scala a chiocciola molto stretta, con una corda come appiglio.
