Wouldn't recommend or return

Convenient parking. We unloaded our bags at the property then drove a very short distance to a covered car park. Good location for restaurants etc.

Cockroaches at the entrance and also coming underneath the front door into the lounge area. Kids didn't sleep well as they were scared of the cockroaches. Very hot and stuffy. There's an aircon unit in the bedroom but it didn't do much for the rest of the flat. We opened a window but a cat immediately came in so had to close it again (and try and get rid of the cat). One of our children was on the sofa bed, the other on the futon in our room. With the futon pulled out, you have to literally step over that person to try and get to the toilet/bathroom. Having someone sleep on the futon is not really practical at all. Not really enough bedding either. The shower drain smelled of sewers and most of the plug sockets had signs saying they were broken and do not use, so we had to plug most of our electricals on in the kitchen and leave them there. Rat droppings by the front entrance as well.

Cheap stay, great location

Mind you that if checking in at night, it is going to be a very scary experience given the building entrance looks straight out of a horror movie.

Washing (laundry) machine didn't work properly, good thing there was a laundromat nearby.

It was fine one I figured it out. I would stay again.

The property was well located on the edge of the old town and near to the food market. The parking was secure and easy to use.

the dining table was very wobbly and the toilet had a bit of a leak into the floor. I was on the pull out couch and had to go through the bedroom to access the toilet. It’s fine but you do disturb the occupants in the middle of the night. It was a bit tricky to find until I downloaded the video.

L'emplacement proche du vieux tours et le parking des halles proche

Les photos datent par rapport à ce que nous avons trouvé sur place. L'adresse est fausse puisqu'il n'est pas possible d"y entrer par là. C'est sans doute fait exprès... L'accès par la rue de derrière ne donne pas envie du tout. L'escalier exterieur pas terrible, la terrasse en photo qui est à peine praticable du fait des équipements gorgés d'eau de l'amas de feuilkes et du vis à vis-à-vis. Le hall pas propre et l'escalier intérieur difficile. Dans l'appartement un interrupteur marqué hs avec du gros Scotch gris, le même Scotch permet de tenir le tuyau de la climatisation à la plaque de plexiglas glass qui remplace la fenêtre. Pas de petite lumière pour créer l'ambiance zen. Faire attention pour les plus de 1m70, lors de l'accès aux toilettes et salle de bain.

Tre notti a Tours

La posizione eccellente e la pulizia. Il parcheggio coperto compreso eccezionale: ci ha facilitato estremamente il soggiorno. Appartamento molto accogliente. Ci torneremmo.

Non c’erano asciugamani del numero giusto. Il clima non era aria condizionata, ma un pinguinone rumoroso. Qualche presa era rotta e nonostante avessimo prenotato per quattro il divano letto non era fatto e avremmo dovuto pagare 15€ per trovarlo fatto. Per noi nessun problema, ma la scala per salire è stretta e un po’ ripida quindi potrebbe essere non adatta a chi ha difficoltà.
