A real home away from home

It is a very spacious place to stay, comfortable and with a complete kitchen, everything you need is there. It is near everything we definitely recommend it.

It was a little confusing to find it, but it was our first time in Tours. Then it was all fine.

Fun area that we enjoyed. Coming back to the apartment wasn’t pleasant

The location was great!

Black mold in the shower. No dishwasher soap, no kitchen towels, the sinks in bathrooms weren’t draining properly, not enough toilet paper. Very abrupt answer from the person who was supposed to make it happen. He made it clear he DIDN’T want to be bothered. Did I mention cobwebs in the rafters. And ONE toilet! If this was mentioned in the description, I wouldn’t have chosen that place.

Great location, parking space nearby, nice living room, modern bathroom fixtures, good heating system. Good amount of kitchen equipment.

Basic bedrooms with little or no storage space, moldy showers, WC awkwardly positioned (can be challenging to access with limited lighting). The apartment was missing basic “épicerie”.

nice and safe location.

Once we found the location, we were great. It was like a secret location in the middle of a very cool spot in Tours. There was a lot of construction going on outside the entrance door, but the workers were great and considerate of all the folks that needed entrance. Make sure to get to the market right around the corner. We really enjoyed our stay and our host was very quick to communicate with questions and the instructions.

Not much, the only thing is I had a nasty cut in my hand from the back of the heater in the bathroom on the left while hanging a towel. The back is raizor sharp!

The unit is beautiful and comfortable. Location is great. We had five people and it was perfect. Would stay again if in the area.

Le charme du lieu et son emplacement. L’accès facile et le parking à disposition à 2 pas c’est un vrai plus.

Il manque quelques consommables utiles même pour un court séjour (liquide vaisselle par exemple) et l’appartement manque de luminosité en plein hiver lorsque le temps est gris.

Séjour agréable en hyper centre

Magnifique Airbnb situé hyper centre avec un parking couvert. Les lits sont confortables et les deux salles de bain attenantes sont très appréciables. Hôte très réactif, je recommande cette loc sans soucis.

Le séjour donne sur la rue et est donc très bruyant, mais 0 bruit dans les chambres

L’appartement est spacieux, beau et propre. C’était vraiment agréable! Très bien situé, juste à côté du marché des Halles. On a vraiment apprécié l’endroit!

1.退房前，收到簡訊。業主要求我們要自行帶垃圾去外面的公園放置。因此事項在住宿前的注意事項並未告知！ 2. 二間房間，二間浴室，竟然只有一個衞生間。且未見於房間簡介之中，有故意隱瞞之隒。若兩個家庭前往實在不方便！ 3. 環境衞生不是很好。中庭充滿青苔並且潮濕。門口外窗戶連續天看見不同的人在席地進食，並留下大量的垃圾。 4.廁所因通風不良及整潔不佳，磁磚縫隙充滿水垢及霉菌。

Tout était parfait, appartement propre et très bien situé en centre ville, c'était très agréable de pouvoir tout faire à pied. Appartement très bien équipé qui permet aussi de pouvoir faire à manger si on n'a pas envie d'acheter du tout prêt.

Très bel appartement dans le centre historique de Tours

Emplacement, dans le vieux Tours, Rue calme. Bel appartement, très bien agencé et décoré, avec grande et superbe cheminée. Petit électro-ménager, vaisselle et literie de qualité.

Les pigeons qui ont élu domicile dans la cour intérieure (il faut mieux placer les piquants sur les bancs de fenêtre et le toit), manque de poubelle de salle de bain, Les détecteurs de mouvement commandant la lumière vers la chambre du haut et les toilettes ne fonctionnent pas bien. Manque de crochets aux murs pour suspendre draps de bain et vêtements dans la salle de bain. Le canapé était vaguement taché (auréole): nous n'y sommes pour rien.

Nie mehr wieder

Sehr laut, da vor der Wohnung ständig Party gefeiert wird. Der Boden der Wohnung hebt sich, somit können die Türen zum Bad nicht geschlossen werden. Die Handtücher muffeln/stinken. Das WC ist ziemlich weit von den Schlafzimmern entfernt. Der Vermieter hat nicht auf unsere Beschwerden reagiert. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis passt überhaupt nicht, 50% weniger wäre gerade noch ok. Wir waren ziemlich enttäuscht von dieser Wohnung!

L'appartement est superbe, c'est la classe, même si les portes forcent un peu, c'est très propre et spacieux...

On entend tres fort les voisins, ou l'appartement du dessus, l'inconvénient des escaliers en bois.
