French experience, location, loads of space to stretch out after a big trip, great area and the bed was super comfy. Air conditioning worked

The stairs, as we were on top floor- difficult to get luggage up. No coffee or tea or oil provided

The location was very good

In Summers, the place becomes very hot, need air conditioner fans in the first room

clear instructions on keys with photos. bed and sheets were clean

1) when asked before the day of arrival if we can leave our luggage before check in time, host confirmed but did not provide any specific place or instruction where to leave them. upon arrival i messaged and got the advise that we can leave it outside the door. but there was no one there. they messaged me on WA but they did not reply anymore. so we had to carry our bags until it was time for check in. 2) air conditioning unit wasn't working and we contacted the host to report it, hoping they could provide some troubleshooting instructions, or someone could actually help us make it work. they just sent a video of how to use the remote control! we replied that the remote control was not turning on at all. we figured it could be the battery. it was around 730pm. they did not reply anymore until the morning after. 3) there is a sharp wooden thing at the end of the top of the bed where the pillows are, on the right side. it's quite dangerous if you dont notice it. they should have covered it. or at least had some warning about it. 4) towels on the bed were only 2 pieces. we had to ask and message them where to find the other 2 since we booked for 4 pax. we did find them when they replied, but would have been good to include it in the reminders. 5) the ladder going up the loft where the bed is, is quite scary to climb. it was too steep
