Charming apartment (40 m2), completely renovated in a small building very quiet three floors (4 apartments). Located in the heart of the city, 5 minutes from the Halles de Tours, 5 minutes from the banks of the Loire, 10 minutes from the Rue Nationale (main shopping street) and places of theTours nocturne (Place Plumereau). An electric minibus takes you to the district of St. Gatien cathedral, another historic district, in 15 minutes (stop 50 m from the building). Apartment (40 m2) completely renovated with enhancement of the charm of the old, in a very quiet small building of three floors (4 apartments). Access to the floor of the apartment is via a private staircase. The living room, very bright, offers a pleasant living space. The room overlooks the back of the building overlooking the rooftops and a very quiet street.
Located in the heart of the city, 5 minutes from Les Halles de Tours (all shops bars and restaurants), 5 minutes from the banks of the Loire, 10 minutes from the Rue Nationale, main shopping street) as well as tourist and tourist attractions. animated Tours (the famous Plumereau Square) while being preserved from the noise of these places. An electric minibus takes you to the Saint Gatien cathedral district, another historic district, in 15 minutes (stop 50 m from the entrance of the building). The bedroom is equipped with a double bed (queen size 160x200) new bedding of excellent quality, a small desk, a private washbasin.
The shower room, large and very bright, the toilets are separated.
Sheets, pillowcases, towels are provided as well as duvets and pillows; kitchen towels and basic household products as well.
The apartment is strictly NON-SMOKING and not suitable for pets.
