the bathtub lacks a place to put the shower handle, the soap and shampoo. there was no curtain either which resulted in spreading water all over the floor!

Very comfortable and stylish room. Netflix on the TV was an unexpected and very nice addition, balcony was nice. Automated curtains blocking out the sun where extremely effective!

Bathroom lighting was quite dim. I needed to put the bedroom lamp in to the bathroom to adequately see.

Unique riad hotel just outside of the city

Very unique Moroccan style hotel. We arrived late at night but we could enter the property with a code, which was convenient! the room was clean and nicely decorated in the same theme as the rest of the hotel.

The staff did not really speak English and the instructions (for WiFi for instance) inside the room were also only available in french. The Wi-fi didn’t work at night but we texted them and it suddenly worked in the morning. The room has no shower and only a bath with a shower head, which meant that it was a little inconvenient to take a proper shower (and the whole bathroom floor got wet).

No English speaking staff, difficult to communicate; cooking smell around common area, it makes you think it’s not so clean; not working well wi-fi.

- Beautiful rooms - We could leave our bikes in the garden - Great shower & bed - Quiet - Clean - Kind host - Free parking spot for the car in front of the hotel

- It’s 2-3 km from the city centre, however no problem for us because we could bike there within 10 minutes.

Beautiful little hidden oasis

It's a beautiful little oasis to relax and enjoy the hospitality of the very kind staff. We were on our honeymoon and the hostess welcomed us with some rose petals on our bed, which was so thoughtful :) we stayed only one night, but we could use the jacuzzi, enjoy a massage and have dinner in oriental style (which we all booked pretty last minute). The rooms are beautifully decorated in Arabian themes, we stayed in the red Algerian room. Big plus: huge tv with Netflix in the rooms. We loved our stay here! Free parking on the street. We had no trouble finding a spot.

Location is a bit far from the city centre.

Hôtel riad très dépaysant, dès l'arrivée dans ce lieu, on a l'impression d'être à Marrakech. Très beau et très accueillant. Petit déjeuner copieux. Nous y retournerons pour pouvoir profiter des soins proposés ( massage, hammam...)

Faux riad dans un immeuble moderne et mal situé dans la ville. Odeur étouffante d'essences bon marché. Attention : le jacuzzi qui attire l'oeil pendant la recherche coûte 80€ / h en supplément. Je suis resté une nuit sur deux, et pris un autre hôtel en ville.

Un séjour parfait alliant confort, accueil chaleureux et emplacement idéal.

J’ai tout apprécié dans cet établissement : l’accueil chaleureux, la gentillesse de la dame à la réception, la propreté irréprochable, le confort et la chaleur des chambres, ainsi que l’emplacement idéal, à deux pas du centre-ville. Le repas traditionnel maghrébin était un vrai délice. Je reviendrai très certainement avec grand plaisir. Un séjour très agréable que je recommande vivement !

Voyage en orient, excellente expérience

L accueil par la propriétaire d une grande simplicité et gentillesse. Les babouches en arrivant et la décoration parfaite jusque dans les détails des robinets de lavabos, des tringles à rideau… une vraie immersion en orient. Ma chambre très grande et superbe. Confortable, une salle de bain dans de jolis matériaux et une douche très grande. Le balcon sur le patio. Et le tajine maison délicieux Les deux stagiaires aux petits soins, la privatisation du spa et du hammam.

Petit coin de paradis à 3h de Paris

Un petit coin romantique et apaisante. Nous sommes sorti de nôtres stress parisien cela fait 3 fois que l on vient et l endroit est toujours aussi agréable. Sabrya est très professionnelle elle nous a meme conseillé sur les châteaux à visiter. Elle nous a fait un petit déjeuner magnifique et à été adorable.

La chambre était grande mais nous n'avons pas eu celle réservée initialement. Je ne sais pas pourquoi. La climatisation est un plus car il fait très chaud

La prestation de massage n'était pas à la hauteur d'un massage en institut. Nous aurions bien aimé avoir la chambre réservée. Il faut chercher de la place dans les rues environnantes car pas de parking

A éviter, si vous recherchez l'authenticité

La jeune femme à l'accueil est très professionnelle et aimable

L'emplacement de l'hôtel, très éloigné du centre-ville rend le séjour assez complexe, si l'on se déplace sans voiture. Le quartier est assez laid avec de nombreuses barres et tours. L'architecture vétuste et vieillissante de l'hôtel n'a rien qui rappelle un Riad. Seule la décoration, très cheap, des chambres tente de s'en rapprocher. Les images sont trompeuses. Comme le nom de l'hôtel, d'ailleurs. Tous les services annexes sont payants : du petit-déjeuner au hammam. Il n'y a personne la nuit. L'hôtel est vraiment très cher pour la prestation offerte.

Climatisation avec un voyant clignotant sans arrêt, bureau sans chaise et a peine suffisant pour mettre ses affaires, peinture estompé a certain endroit d'utilisation, "salle de bain privative" sans baignoire, isolé soit disant mais on entend les voitures passer dans la rue (qui est calme heureusement), une fiche qui donne le wifi avec le code mais ne donne pas internet (heureusement les autres wifi avec le même code donne l'internet).
