Hotel exceeded my expectations, and I would gladly return for another stay.

From check-in to check-out process, the everything was seamless. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-equipped with modern amenities. Breakfast buffet was well-stocked and delicious. Hotel is situated 20 min by walk distance to city center, or you can use public transportation nearby.

Parking was adjoined to the hotel but not within a compound car park. A little far out for us .

Great hotel for a long weekend in beautiful Tours.

Easy parking, friendly and helpful staff (especially Alain). Comfortable room with excellent shower. Good location to get to the centre of Tours, 30min walk or easy bus ride (No.5).

Restaurant was closed Saturday and Sunday evening. Breakfast was good but items cleared away swiftly at the end of the breakfast session. Hot drinks machine not working on both mornings so interesting making a cup of tea.

Perfect!

The room was very comfortable and perfect for or overnight stay. The dinner was delicious and the breakfasts are legendary! The staff were lovely. We have stayed here before and we will again. Thank you.

Not happy

We got moved to Mercure Tours within 20th yes of our stay, with no other choice. Mercure Tours not a 4* hotel. Clean yet Very tired rooms and our room safe was broken.

Rooms were clean and comfortable. Staff very friendly.

We had a meal in the hotel as it was late when we arrived. Very disappointing, orders were mixed up and the quality of one of the dishes was not good at all.

Very comfortable and clean room. We consider ourselves quite critical when it comes to hotel rooms. This one is great value for your money. Note: we only slept there and were out visiting the area all day.

Very warm welcome by mr. Benjamin at the reception, also a very kind fairwell by messrs. Justine and Samantha. They love their jobs and are true professionals. Thank you... Location is perfect. A supermarket just across the street.

Lovely dog friendly stop over

The hotel was located well for a stop over on the way to Spain, rooms are clean & modern and are quite sufficent for a 1 maybe 2 night stay. We were travelling with a dog so dog friendly was a bonus too. Free parking 👍

I think the breakfast at €9.90 each is a bit excessive for a continental but thats just a personal bug bear of mine.
