Good central location but larger car owners beware!

Very central location with an easy walk into town for a large selection of bars and restaurants.

The car park is one of the most difficult to access that I have found. People with large cars will not be able to access the lower level without damaging their car. It is extremely tight to put it mildly. At busy times the breakfast offerings did not appear to be replenished. The cooked selection was not great.

Correct for 3 persons! Great they accept dogs.

The hotel accepted us to come with our dog which was very important to us. Parking, despite the fact that the access is not so easy was convenient. The room was alright for 3 persons which we needed.

The sink was broken in the bathroom and the parking was difficult to go outside of it.

A convenient place for a short city break

Easy walk from main station ( about 10/15 minutes) friendly welcome and we found our family room was small but perfectly adequate for our two night stay. The room was bright and clean and we enjoyed the breakfast menu which was mainly continental in style with a hot food option. All staff were very friendly and helpful. It was an easy walk into the historic centre.

The family room could have been larger and the bath towels bigger!

Lovely hotel in central location

Central location comfortable air conditioned rooms and friendly helpful staff.

Car park is extremely tight and very difficult to get in and out of without scuffing alloy wheels. We managed it just, but this involved someone getting out of the car to watch the wheels and lots of back and forwards fiddling about.

Clean, attractive rooms, friendly staff and a very convenient location.

Very friendly, helpful staff. Clean, comfortable rooms. Everything is well-presented. The hotel even provided me with some gluten-free options for breakfast (put in an advance request if you require that - it seems to be quite a rare thing in French hotels). The hotel is very well located for Tours centre, the historic centre and places to eat and shop. Despite this the room was quiet and peaceful. I am disabled and we were on the first floor, which was accessible by elevator, so that was ideal. I walk with a stick and think you would have to specifically ask for a wheelchair accessible room if that's what you need. There car park is also accessible by elevator (park on level -1). Almost opposite the hotel is a lovely bookshop, which I highly recommend. We were there to drop off our child at the university and were only two blocks away from their accommodation.

I didn't dislike it but you should know that the carpark access is via a narrow entrance, down a steep slope, with a very tight corner at the bottom of it. It's worth using because parking is secure and convenient but do take care on entrance and exit.

Good base for the Loire Valley Castles

The hotel had an underground garage where we could park the car for a fee (10 euro/night). Close to the city centre and to a good boulangerie. Clean bathroom (mostly) and coffee & tea making facilities in the room. Receptionists very helpful and nice.

The towels in the bathroom were various shades of gray (they were old). We stayed for 5 nights and only during the last day we were given solid soap. The bed sheets were not changed at all, even though the beds were made. And neither the bathtub was cleaned during our entire stay. We also had to keep asking for extra toilet paper. The vent in the bathroom was completely filled with mold. If you want all the options at the breakfast, go early. The lady tending to the breakfast area moves really slow to refill the missing items. The breakfast was mainly sweet, with some cheese and ham options, too, but no veggies. Very noisy neighbours sometimes (walls were thin and we could hear everything from the hallway and the adjoining rooms). No fridge in the room. And very few electrical sockets.

Excellent hotel with parking for visiting the highlights of central Tours

We chose this hotel because it had private parking and we were abe to either walk into the city centre or take a tram. Also liked bedroom and breakfast provided.

The fact that it had parking and it was fairly central.

Wi-Fi non existent, beds far too low and too soft. breakfast offerings were dreadful, very very basic! not so much as an offer of a discount for all its faults!

Superb

All staff we met at the hotel were very friendly and helpful. The family room we booked turned out to be more like a suit with a separate room for the kids with twin beds and a double bed for us in the other room. The toilet and bath room were also separate. It was fantastic

The air conditioner in the room was noisy and the breakfast was very basic, I didn't think the breakfast was value for money.

Exactly what was needed for one night close to the city centre

Comfortable bed; good shower; clean room; good value. Ideally located just outside the busiest part of the city centre but an easy walk back to all the historic attractions and restaurants etc. Parking (for a charge) was available in the hotel's underground car park and this was a welcome bonus.

Breakfast was ok but nothing special. Given how close the hotel is to the rest of the city centre - perhaps grabbing something at a local cafe might be a better idea.

we had an apartment which was lovely

the apartment had a few things missing to make it work well. no tea towels, dish cloths, dishwasher liquid. kettle had to stay on ground because no power point higher. no toaster. bed very small and not very comfortable.

Great hotel, wonderful staff and fab location.

Great location with lots to see just on the doorstep. The room was spacious and the bed was huge and very comfortable. Hotel staff were friendly and professional. The breakfast was lovely with a good choice. Tea tray and kettle provided but I prefer proper cups not a paper one. A spoon would have been useful too as I travel with my own coffee.
