A spacious, beautiful flat. Super garden. Buddhist figures in many places. Fine location in old Tours. We really liked the flat and everything about it.
We couldn't make the cooker work, except the oven. The gas seems to be turned off.
There was no wifi information. We had to go to the agents, who were 'exceptionally closed' on the first day and failed to answer the phone or voice mail when called (see below). On the second day, a person at the agency gave us the details.
Failure of communication over payment of a substantial deposit. There was a malfunction on the payment website and no response to phone calls, voice mail or emails from us or Booking.com agents.
