Very nice apartment renovated in 2024 located in the center of Tours, 1 min walk from the Tramway and the Loire and 3 min walk from Place Plumereau, voted the most beautiful French place to have an aperitif.

- Living room = 25 m2 - square side - west orientation - has 2 balconies.
- Bedroom 1 = 15m2 - courtyard side - east orientation.
- Bedroom 2 = 19m2 - square side - west orientation - has 1 balcony.
- Kitchen = 11m2 - side courtyard - east orientation.
- Bathroom = 7m2 - courtyard side - east orientation.

The bathroom has a large walk-in shower, a boat teak floor and a washing machine
