La "P'tite Maison" near the banks of the Loire River

Welcome to your cosy and welcoming "Little House" to discover Touraine with family, friends or professionals on the move. This "P'tite Maison" as it is nicknamed in our family is located in the peaceful district of Paul Bert. A district on the banks of the Loire connected to the historic downtown of Tours by a pedestrian wire bridge that crosses the river.
The accommodation
You will appreciate the location of the house in its neighbourhood:
-to take advantage of all the local shops within 200 m (bakery-supermarket-newsagent, cafes...)
-for your walks and bike rides on the banks of the Loire.�PGJyPg-to visit the city center of Tours.
-to discover the castles, beautiful cellars and restaurants of the region.

This "P'tite House" has been completely redesigned and freshly renovated to welcome you as warmly as possible.
It offers 6 beds with 3 independent bedrooms upstairs and under the roof.
You will have everything you need to spend a pleasant stay.

Here are the facilities:
On the first floor
-a kitchen equipped with Dishwasher, Fridge, Hood, Oven, Induction hob, Nespresso coffee maker, filter coffee maker, Kettle, Microwave, Toaster and kitchen utensils.
-a table for 4 to 6 people
-a living room with a sofa, an armchair, a TV stand, 2 small coffee tables.

Upstairs:
-Bedroom 1: Double bed 140x190- 2 bedside tables + light fixtures, built-in wardrobe, desk + chair
-Bedroom 2: Mezzanine bed 2 people 140x200- built-in bedside table + lamp, built-in wardrobe and desk + armchair. Travel cot under the mezzanine available, small books and children's desk.
-Shower room and Wc: Spacious shower, vanity unit with 2 sliding drawers, towel dryer, shelves and storage hooks.

Under the roof:
-Bedroom 3: 2-person bed 140x200 with storage drawers (low height 1.70m but cosy and comfortable room to sleep)
Passenger access
Access to the house is directly from the street and then from the entrance porch in the form of a corridor (possibility to put one or two bicycles or a stroller) gives access to the interior of the house.
Free parking in front of the house or on the banks of the Loire is at your disposal.
Other remarks
>Household linen (sheets, a bath towel per person, a bath mat) is provided.

>Our animal friends are welcome.
Preferably small dogs are accepted because the house is not suitable for large dogs. One pet per stay is accepted. For any additional pet, you will be asked for an extra charge of 35 euros.
