Super sized accommodation

This was an exceptional apartment over different levels, it's location was superb and was quiet, yet so close to a lively street, where we all visited the bars and restaurants. Communication with the owner was easy and effortless. We arrived on motorbikes and parking is available. The size of the accommodation was super impressive and we could not find fault during our stay so thank you for having us.

Great location - needs attention to finishing reno

Location and the many bedrooms available in the property. Also the possibility to stay with our dogs

The property had recently been renovated however not finished: doors we're old and some wouldn't close; parts of the property missed flooring; the groundfloor bathroom was locked and unavailable so we had to use the tiny one upstairs. Very low ceilings in several bedrooms and the tiny bathroom (there it was 1.65cms!) No lift and the stairs are very narrow (typical of a very old building) There're unequal levels on each floor (steps to reach the corridor; steps to enter the kitchen; etc)

Bon emplacement. Rafraîchissement et règles de copro à prévoir.

Bon emplacement en bas des restaurants. Appartement spacieux sur 2 niveaux.

Voiture électrique qui se gare et charge devant l’entrée tous les matins Difficile et dangereux à enjamber avec bébé et poussette. Poussiéreux ménage peut être mieux fait. Sas entrée peinture craquelée à rafraîchir. Pas de fer à repasser. Certaines portes ne se ferment pas. 35 degrés sous les combles sans clim c’était compliqué avec les enfants mais il y avait des petits ventilos d’appoint. Une seule sdb à l’étage obligeant à traverser les chambres pour y accéder. Toilettes et sdb sans verrous.
