Great location! Plenty of places to eat all around and short distance to many sites.
Room was a bit small, but still prefect for a short stay. Would highly recommend for solo travelers or young couples.

The apartment fully corresponds with the description on booking.com. We are a couple with a teenager, who came to do some sightseeng, so we loved the central location of the apartment - all sights of Tours are within a walking distance, including the train station to make trips to the Loire Valley Châteaux and the bus stop to reach the airport. There is a supermarket nearby, and lots of bakeries, bisrtos and other places to eat. The apartment itself is fresh and new, the beds were comfortable and the kitchen had all the equipment we needed. We enjoyed the Wi Fi and the Netflix. It was easy to get the keys. The door of the building was locked too, so we felt safe.
Since it's right in the middle of everything, and the apartment itself is above a bakery, someone may find the place a bit noisy. We liked the vibrant atmosphere though. The staircase leading to the apartment is a bit steep, but then again it's a historical building, we didn't mind.
