Good appartement but not in the best location

Good appartement, well renovated, quite well equipped. Free public parking in front of the building - provided you get a spot. Had to circle for 45min on arrival to eventually park near the Loire, then worked myself over two early mornings (when a few people leave for work) to a decent spot in front of the house.

Experience was more like AirBnB. Bed utensils distributed and to be searched from all over the appartement. Location at a main traffic intersection. There are large underground garbage and recycling containers in front of the house. Lots of traffic and noise. Unpleasant hallway.

Appartement très joli, bien équipé, bien décoré, fonctionnel. Conforme aux photos. Bonne situation, proche du centre ville, commerces à proximité, parking devant et aux alentours. Hôte très gentil, guide d'accès à l'appartement bien détaillé. Je recommande !

Emplacement parfait non loin de la gare de train à pied et du palais des congrès ou se tenait l'activité à laquelle nous participions. Accès facile. Lits confortables, chauffage parfait. Eau chaude.

Escalier menant à l'appartement un peu étroit par endroit.

Preiswerte, praktische Wohnung mit Charme

Wir haben versehentlich auf den letzten Drücker gebucht und es kam trotzdem prompt eine Antwort. Das Erklärvideo zum Eingang war der Hammer... ansonsten hätte ich im Flur schon umgedreht, der ist leider nicht besonders hübsch. Die Wohnung ist hingegen liebevoll, praktisch und sauber, die Lage super. Parkplätze sind kostenlos vorhanden. Eine Grundausstattung ist auch da (Tee, Kaffee...) Mein Sohn studiert gerade in Tours, wenn ich ihn nochmal besuche, buche ich garantiert noch einmal hier!!!

Wir hätten Jeffrey gerne kennengelernt:-) Das Schlafsofa gibt einen kleinen Minuspunkt für Menschen 40 +

Très bien et pratique

Très jolie et bien équipé, le propriétaire est très gentil et a l’écoute. Appartement avec beaucoup d’équipement et de surprises tel que du jus de pomme ou bien de l’huile d’olive. Apparemment bien protégé du bruit extérieur.
