Disponibilità del gestore. Nel complesso struttura pulita e con tutto l'occorrente di base. Comoda posizione per visitare Tours; noi eravamo di passaggio quindi ci siamo fermati una sola notte e non abbiamo utilizzato la cucina... per 4 persone forse spazi ridotti, ottimali per 2.

The place seemed nice, and was clean and looked comfortable. The host was very friendly and parking was private.
We didn't stay as there was no a/c. We had asked in advance and been told there was a portable unit as well as fans. On arrival in 42C/107F heatwave, we were told the a/c was broken. With the living space on the 1st floor (2nd for Americans) in a city apartment, we decided not to stay.
