Great location but bad customer relations!

The location of this property is excellent. We were able to locate the nearest bus stop to take the bus into the City Centre -(about a 10 min ride) - or if you are young and fit, walking to the City Centre takes approximately 20 mins. The apartment is well equipped with a lovely al fresco area to enjoy when the weather is fine and sunny. The main drawback for us were the narrow steep stairs going up to the bedroom and bathroom.

Communication with the Owner/Landlord was bad as we couldn't get into the apartment on arrival at 2:30PM on a very wet day. They did not return my calls until after 5:00PM. Therefore, we stayed in a Hotel near the train station for the first night. Also, there were no instructions in English for the operation of facilities such as the towel rail in the bathroom and the heating, so we were cold. We are a mature (over 75) couple from Australia and do not recommend this apartment for our age-group.

In a week of rain, our accommodation shine through!

Excellent property. Everything felt new and clean and very welcoming. The location was excellent - a few paces from an excellent boulangerie, the Sat market and a supermarket - and walking distance from the old town and the Loire. And a secure garden gate so our e-bikes were safe.

Excellent place to stay in Tours, Could have 10 if a built-in air condition will be installed

Excellent location for my needs. All new interior. All necessary equipment, accessories, etc. are available. The owners are cooperative and try to fulfil needs (brought a portable air condition unit). Clean and shiny.

Booking.com has a few mistakes in important matters including in its publication: 1. The address is 18 bis, not 18 Auguste Chevalier street. 2. Internet is available (contrary to what was published) 3. No built-in air condition (contrary to what was published). It is strongly recommended that Booking.com will incorporate said notes immediately.

Gut eingerichtete Wohnung mit nahegelegenen Bäcker und Supermarkt

Leider war die Zufahrt durch Baumaßnahmen eingeschränkt. Eine Info vorab wäre hilfreich gewesen. Darüber hinaus sollte man einen Hinweis in der Beschreibung machen, dass man trittsicher sein sollte, wenn man ins Schlafzimmer kommen möchte.

Heerlijke plek om van hieruit fietstochtjes langs de Loire te doen en kastelen te bekijken.

Eigen terras en stuk van de weg dus geen inkijk van de straat. Lekker bakkertje en supermarkt dichtbij. Op zondag leuke markt dichtbij

Op zaterdagavond helaas wat overlast van de achterburen: praten, muziek en vuurtje stoken tot na middernacht.

Le séjour dans ce logement s'est parfaitement et agréablement passé.

très bel hébergement au calme, bien agencé avec un très bon niveau de prestations. La petite terrasse est un vrai plus... l'ensemble est vraiment très agréable.

La première chambre est parfaite mais la seconde n'est en fait qu'une cabine (et non une chambre) en ce sens la description de l'hébergement est un peu erronée.
