It was very spacious and had all we needed. Very good shower and very good iron! Beds were very comfortable. Love the black out shutters.

The toilet is a bit cramped but manageable.

Marie our host was very attentive to our needs. She was easy to contact and responds immediately. The apartment was centrally located, easy to find and close to everything. The complex was quiet and we had a good rest as we were not interrupted by noise. The apartment was well presented and equipped with everything we needed. It was like a home away from home.

The floor should be changed, when you walk it makes so much noise and in some part you feel like sinking. The toilet is far too small.

Great location. Easy to walk into Tours centre. We would stay again.

The apartment was about a 20 minute walk into the areas of Tours that we wanted to visit, there were buses and trams too but we preferred to walk. There were small supermarkets near the apartment which were open late for last minute provisions. The apartment was very clean and the kitchen had everything we needed during our 2 night stay. On street (free) parking was plentiful and we were able to park outside the apartment to unload and this was free also until the morning.

There was a lot of noise from the apartment above us on our first night however the second night was very quiet so it probably isn't a regular problem. There are a few flights of stairs which wasn't a problem for us but maybe if you have small children and luggage.

on a main road and while traffic wasn’t a problem a few loud late night revellers woke us each night

- A small detail, but the apartment had creeking floor and windows, which it was a bit annoying at night. Anyway the good offsets the bad in my opinion and I would def stay here again!

Très bon séjour

Appartement lumineux, spacieux (pour les 2 adultes que nous étions), joli décoré, bien équipé, très propre, literie confortable... Correspondant parfaitement à l'annonce. Il faut juste savoir (et nous le savions cf. annonce) que c'est au 2ème étage sans ascenseur avec un escalier assez étroit et qu'une des deux jolies chambres donne sur l'avenue donc un peu bruyant la nuit. Possibilité (avril 2025) de se garer assez facilement dans le quartier gratuitement.

Er was geen ontbijt voorzien

Bijna alles.Het appartement was zeer klein,niets van charme. Hoe men dit kan beoordelen voor 6 personen is mij een raadsel.Wel 2 kamers en slaapbank in de living,maar dan kan men zich niet meer bewegen.Het bedlinnen was niet gestreken,geen klein tafellaken op de oude tafel.Een badkamer waar men zich amper kon draaien,toilet met deur in de living.Enkel de keuken had alles wat je nodig had. We zijn dan ook maar 1 nacht gebleven en vertrokken.
