Lovely, clean and welcoming guest house in a convenient location.

It was lovely to have toys available for my youngest child to play with. And it was a nice touch to have a feeling bits like milk, bread and coffee waiting for us which meant we didn’t have to rush to the shop when we arrived. Having washing facilities with laundry soap was also wonderful. Thank you!

There were only heavy duvets which made sleeping quite hot. But this is minor, everything else was great!

We really enjoyed our stay.

The hosts are super nice and caring people. The house itself is like an old french-styled house (at least I imagine all houses in France like this). The patio is absolutely beautiful and you can enjoy there your morning coffee or dinner that you prepared by yourself on a fully equipped kitchen. All rooms are really cosy and have everything one can dream about (toiletries, slippers, bathrobes, towels etc.). There are a lot of brochures and booklets about Tours, Loire Valley etc. in the house. Thank you very much!!!

El espacio muy amplio. Tres camas de 1,80 muy cómodas. Cocina con todo lo necesario. Un WC abajo y en el piso de arriba dos baños completos uno con ducha y otro con bañera. Gel champú jabón todo abundante. Toallas enormes y de calidad. Jardín interior muy agradable. Y el detalle de dejar de todo para desayunar

La casa es grande, cómoda, sin ruidos y bien situada, a 20' andando al centro. Cuando llegas tienes para desayuno, agua, productos de limpieza....

Debería hacerse una limpieza más a fondo. En algunos sitios hay telarañas y rincones con suciedad

La gentillesse du propriétaire, sa réactivité en cas de problème, les attentions de bienvenue. Très bonne situation par rapport au centre ville et la gare. Quartier très calme la nuit. Garage compris dans la location.

Agréable séjour à Tours dans une maison de ville très bien située

Tout était comme indiqué dans l'annonce. Lits confortables et chambres spacieuses, 2 belles salles de bains, 3 WC !, petite cour jardin agréable végétalisée au frais... Jean-Paul le propriétaire nous a non seulement bien informées mais a même été aux petits soins pour nous : lits faits à l'arrivée, plateau complet de petit-déjeuner à disposition. Excellente localisation tout près de la gare de Tours.

Maison de ville très bien située où il ne manque rien à un agréable séjour.

C'est notre 2ème séjour. La literie est d'excellente qualité. Jean-Paul est un hôte très prévenant, il est vigilant à ce que nous manquions de rien. Situé à quelques minutes de la gare, c'est une maison idéalement situé et pour ceux qui viennent en voiture, le garage évite le stationnement payant du quartier. Si je reviens sur Tours, j'y retournerai avec grand plaisir.

Séjour parfait pour nos 2 jours en Touraine.

Emplacement proche du centre ville et facile d’accès. Maison de ville avec un petit jardin au calme et agréable . Très bonne literie et beaucoup d’attentions très rares dans les locations : petit déjeuner fourni avec beaucoup de choix, un peignoir, un beau linge de maison. La maison mériterait un petit rafraîchissement mais les prestations fournies compensent ce besoin.

Séjour agréable et confortable en centre-ville de Tours

L'emplacement du logement près du centre-ville et de la gare de Tours, et la possibilité de garer sa voiture dans un garage individuel fermé à proximité. Et le confort général du logement avec une très bonne literie notamment.

Ce n'est pas un élément depreciatif, mais juste une remarque faite au propriétaire au départ du logement : le jardin très agréable derrière la maison, mériterait d'être mieux entretenu pour profiter pleinement de l'extérieur à partir des beaux jours. Cela est prévu les prochains jours avec le retour du beau temps : n'a pas pu être fait avant.

Bien situé, à 8 min à pied du palais des congrès et de la gare, et environ 25 min du vieux Tours. Logement bien équipé, avec deux salles de bain et 3 wc, avec linge de toilette et gel douche. Sympa : un grand plateau petit déjeuner offert pour le premier jour Horaires de départ flexibles. Un excellent rapport qualité prix.
