Nada, todo bien.

Location, kitchen, contact with the facility and guide on how to get there (so well-written and detailed), bathroom (and the view!), towels super soft and nice.

It was very hot and there was no AC - only some portable machines which didn’t give enough cold (from cool-packs). The sink was not clean (some leftovers inside) and there was a stain on one of the sheets.

Where to begin… The apartment is well located, nicely equipped, with parking. Everything is self service - you do not see anyone on check in / out. Tours was having a heat wave and the apartment was a hot box - there is no air conditioning - which is a disaster . When we arrived, the instructions said to park in spot 6, which was occupied. We called the contact - not available- called another person, who came over in about 15 minutes and said to park in this spot - which at one time was a 6 but had been paved over - there was no number - this is an easy fix. The apartment faces west, and there are no shutters over the windows - and the bathroom has no blinds whatsoever. The interior temp when we arrived was over 103F / 42C! For the first 5 days, by 3PM, the apartment was unbearable and never really cooled down. It was so bad we booked two of the hottest nights at the Hampton inn. I’m from Phoenix, I don’t mind heat. But it is impossible to function, and to sleep, when it’s over 40C at midnight . We discussed this with the manager, but they said they couldn’t install AC because of zoning. This is simply not true, there are solutions. I gave it a five as it would be nice in better weather but simply not tolerable in the summer

See above - unabated heat, no ac, inadequate window blinds / shades for heat mitigation, and relative indifference from the management. Also, paint the parking spot number again - an easy fix
