Welcome to this authentic townhouse that has just been renovated, ideal for 4 people. Here, everything has been thought out for the comfort and independence of everyone. The living room and the two bedrooms all have their own adjustable air conditioning and their own television (Bouygues channels downstairs, TNT upstairs).PGJyPg
Upstairs, each bedroom also has its own private shower and sink for total privacy.
The bright living room and its very well equipped kitchen open onto an interior courtyard and a private garden with garden furniture and plancha. It is a real haven of peace in the city center.
For your comfort, private and secure parking for 2 vehicles is included, which is very rare in this area. You can also park motorbikes and bicycles.
High-speed Wi-Fi is available, arrival is self-sufficient at the time of your choice (after 4 p.m.), and we provide bed linen and towels (beds made on arrival).
Please note that the rooms are upstairs, so the accommodations are not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
The location is ideal in the heart of Tours: you will be only a 5-minute walk from the Bretonneau Hospital and the Botanical Garden, and a stone's throw from Clocheville, the universities and the historic center.
We accept only one dog under 10 kg per reservation (dog only).
