Posizione ottima, permette di parcheggiare l'auto e andare a piedi a Vieux Tours.
Casa caratteristica e bagno rinnovato, con clima nella veranda e uno spazio all'aperto dove poter mangiare in estate. Ben equipaggiata. Ci sono alcuni limiti come la finestra che non si oscura del tutto e L'ingresso nel garage che richiede alcune manovre per via di un lampione sul marciapiede, ma è tutto indicato nell'annuncio e abbiamo sempre trovato parcheggio gratuito anche lungo la strada. In generale la consiglio.
-C'era solo un asciugamano piccolo per tutti a parte quelli della doccia (uno per persona).
-Appena entrati alcune prese non funzionavano ma è bastato alzare una levetta del quadro elettrico.

De keuken was uitgebreid en er was vanalles aanwezig.
Vanuit het huis had je nergens contact met de straat en dat voelt opgesloten. Temeer omdat wat een tuin werd genoemd, een verwaarloosde boel was met uitzicht op een oude verveloze poort. Kortom heel ongezellig. Wij zijn niet buiten gaan zitten, maar gingen dan weg.
De slaapkamer is erg klein

Great location: quiet and peaceful, yet within walking distance of the historic centre, restaurants, and bars. Free and easy parking with a private garage was a big plus. The apartment was clean, spacious, cosy, and well equipped, with very comfortable beds and good bedding. Sound insulation was better than most places we stayed in Tours. The terrace, bright dining area, and smooth self check-out were also appreciated.
A few minor issues: the oven caused the power to trip and couldn’t be used, there were no instructions for the fireplace (making heating a bit difficult), and a little noise came through an internal wooden door. Some minor maintenance points as well (lightbulbs to check in the bathroom, awkward wardrobe doors).

Good location to historic centre and nearby amenities.Ample room in apartment. Good heating.Well stocked kitchen and comfortable bed.
Periodical noise from neighbours above us, late at night.. TV did not work. Management did try to solve it but no luck.
