Тихий район, но проживание с серьезными проблемами, особенно с интернетом. Апартаменты расположены в тихой и спокойной части города, что является большим плюсом. Также порадовала возможность легко припарковать машину на соседних улицах, не тратя время на поиски места. Была возможность регулировать отопление, что обеспечило комфортную температуру в помещении.

* Проблема с Интернетом (Критично): Это был главный недостаток. Подключиться к Wi-Fi было практически невозможно: наши телефоны (Android) постоянно запрашивали повторную авторизацию, как в общественной сети (например, в аэропорту). Устройства Apple (iPhone) вообще не видели сеть. Из-за необходимости работать, нам пришлось пользоваться дорогим роумингом. * Шум и комфорт сна: В квартире постоянно слышен гул трансформатора, который не давал уснуть даже при закрытой двери. Также очень сильная слышимость шагов с лестницы, вероятно, из-за старых деревянных перекрытий. * Конфиденциальность в душе: Окно, расположенное на потолке душевой кабины, выходит прямо к окнам соседей сверху. Это создает неприятное ощущение отсутствия приватности во время принятия душа. * Состояние мебели и инвентаря: Мебель в апартаментах "подуставшая" — диван с видимыми пятнами. Постельное белье включало простынь с дырой. Кухонный инвентарь был в плохом состоянии: ножами невозможно резать, так как их, видимо, использовали не по назначению, и лезвие стало волнистым. Не было элементарных средств, чтобы вытереть со стола. * Отсутствие связи с хозяевами: Мы проживали 7 дней и так и не смогли ни с кем связаться ни с владельцами, ни с управляющей компанией. Это неприемлемо при возникновении проблем, особенно такой серьезной, как отсутствие рабочего интернета.

Appartement propre et fonctionnel, mais Wi Fi et antenne TV à revoir.

Appartement propre et bien conçu, situé non loin du Vieux Tours. Accès facile (boîte à clé et explications claires envoyées par mail). La petite terrasse est sympathique.

Des équipements d'accueil qui pourraient être plus fournis : un fond de rouleau de papier toilette, pas de Sopalin, pas de bols pour le petit déjeuner.... Une connexion Wi-Fi à revoir, coupant toutes les 15 secondes : impossible de travailler via internet. L'antenne TV ne fonctionnait pas.
