Perfect location to tour the Loire valley. On a quiet less travelled backstreet but close to town.

Check out instructions included more than usual requests…Empty garbage, run vacuum, wash and put dishes up etc.

Good property to start your castles journey

It is a very clean spacious house with a very big kitchen and the living room. It has 3 bedrooms which was enough to accommodate 2 families (in total: 4 adults, 3 children). The house is located in a very quite place. In 12 mins walk there is a nice bakery. A big shopping center is 5 mins by car. It was very convenient location for visiting various castles (by car). Very friendly and responsive hosts.

Nothing dramatic. All was fantastic (please, add soup to soup distancers).

The apartment was delightful, very clean and in a cosy zone. The kitchen was extremely well equipped, as well as the rest of the aprtment.

The only point of possible improvement is the absence of mosquito nets at the windows. All the rest was wonderful!

Wow! What a welcome!

Elvira, the host, is the nicest person you will ever meet! She welcomed us when we arrived for our stay in Tours on our journey from Spain to The Netherlands. The house is immaculately clean with everything you could possibly need. Lovely walks to do nearby and Tours city centre is a short drive. I would 100% recommend and would love to stay again.

Nothing we did not like. The owners have done everything to make this a lovely place to stay.

Faltan utensilios de limpieza. Fregona por ejemplo para recoger cuarto baño... no recomendable para personas con movilidad reducida

No corresponde con la publicidad. No es alojamiento para movilidad reducida. Escalera empinada entre plantas. Cocina y salón en planta baja y habitaciones y única terraza en planta superior. Congelador roto y no lo reposición. Falta gel de baño y papel, tuvimos que cómpralo inexactitud con lo ofertado. Jardín abandonado, el que aparece en ofwrta es de la propiedad pues lo alquilado no es independiente. Como anécdota la dueña al recibirlo nos obligo a descalzarno siedo suelo de terrazo y a ponernos papis de hospital. La barbacoa oxidada, inutilizable. Una habitación con 2 camas de 70 cm, como un ataúd. Todo el mobiliario muy antiguo. En definitiva no volveria

Bijzondere huis met een mix van eeuwenoude details en (zeer) moderne voorzieningen

Gastvrouw rondde nog even de laatste schoonmaakacties af voordat we binnenkwamen, zag er strak, goed verzorgd en zeer netjes uit! Bedden opgemaakt etc. alles perfect geregeld. Fijn huis, mooie ruime kamers, leuke ligging net van de weg af. Voor ons een doorreis locatie, maar zeker geschikt als uitvalsbasis om o.a. Tours te bezoeken.

Schommelbank en parasol in de tuin zijn aan vervanging toe. Een ruitje in de deur is vervangen door een soort piepschuim wandpaneel, moet nog even worden opgelost (meer is er echt niet te verzinnen). Fijn huis!
